located off the A27, rooms were very quiet considering the traffic flowing past.

Pros:

Location was very good and close to the events and things we needed

Cons:

It needs ventilation or an air on unit with the weather being so warm the room keeps the heat in which caused massive issues sleeping we didn’t sleep great due to this.

Characterful inn with good food and comfortable rooms Friendly, efficient staff.
Pros:

Chatacterful inn with very comfortable rooms and good food. Sunday lunch and breakfast excellent. Room comfortable and clean.

Cons:

It’s very near the busy main road , but set back just enough so traffic noise not really an issue.

Quaint B&B style stay
Pros:

Lovely staff. Large, flatscreen TV with usual channels. Clean bedding and towels. Complimentary mini tolietries. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast included. Proper lock on the door. Quiet despite being next to the road. Sufficient parking.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner (hair in the bath/shower, stain in the toilet, tired furniture, electricity card holder broken, no back on tv remote control).

Lovely cosy rooms with easy access by road, although note it is next to high speed road ,so take care turning in and getting out ..
Mark the host was polite patient and responsive and sorted small issues in room immediately

Great value for money
Pros:

Bed i thought would be rubbish and creaky and thin mattress but slept amazing. Also quiet and very clean. Staff amazing. Stayed only the night and only to sleep as wedding during day. Breakfast fantastic

Struttura carina, camera spaziosa, buona la posizione per visitare Arundel.

Cons:

Camera sporca, mucchi di polvere sui ventilatori, tende e mobili. Faceva eccessivamente caldo anche con ventilatori accesi.

Friendly lively hosts great breakfast
Pros:

Really friendly staff. Very welcoming and great hosts. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Cons:

The room was a bit hot, can’t be helped given the lovely weather this year.
A fan was provided but it was tower fan so not very effective. A traditional fan would be better.

Good value stay with good, comfortable bedroom
Pros:

The Coach and Horses is well situated just outside Worthing: a good location.
The building where the bedrooms are located is new and comfortable. The bedroom had a large fan and the ensuite bathroom was very good with an excellent shower.

Cons:

The breakfast was OK but it would be improved with the addition of natural yoghurt, fruit and granola.

Cons:

Not a good choice if you are staying here as an overnight stop while travelling. Breakfast is compulsory and has to be paid for, but is only served from 8:00 am; despite explaining that we had to leave at 7:30, there was no flexibility whatsoever – neither a refund nor an earlier or takeaway breakfast was offered.
