Outstanding experience!
Pros:

It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in - if I could give more than 10 stars I definitely would. The hotel is super nice, amazing view and the service is outstanding. The ladies made my stay fantastic - very attentive, caring and super helpful to organise tours and everything else. The breakfast is amazing with the fresh fruits and also they prepared breakfast to go on the days of the tour. I’ll definitely will be back.
Also you must try the massages - it’s an amazing massage therapist. I had a lymphatic body massage and it’s been probably the best of my entire life.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Guilin, ähnlich in einem kleinen Aussenquartier, dadurch ruhig. Stadt ist mit Didi bestens erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, unterstützend. Das Hotel selbst ist stylish, das Design schlicht gehalten. Sehr sauber. Kein Lift vorhanden.
Das Frühstück ist einfach köstlich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Cons:

Die Toilette ist nur durch eine Glastüre vom Zimmer abgetrennt, die Intimsphäre ist dadurch nicht vollkommen gegeben.
Schade ist nur ein Sessel vorhanden (eine Person musste immer auf dem Bett sitzen), somit konnte die schöne Aussicht nur "alleine" genossen werden.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit dem freundlichesten Personal!

Moderne und schlichte Ausstattung, die sehr gut zur Umgebung gepasst hat, man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in einem Wellness Retreat.
Insbesondere muss man aber die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorheben! Auch wenn alle nur sehr wenig englisch sprechen, wurde uns über WeChat bei allem immer und sofort geholfen! Wir benötigten einen spontanen Arztbesuch, auch das haben sie alles für uns organisiert. Zum Geburtstag bekam ich als Überraschung sogar Blumen und eine Torte!
Auch der vermittelte Fahrer für unseren Ausflug auf dem Li-Fluss und in Yangshou war unglaublich nett!

Pros:

Wij hebben genoten van dit mooie hotel in Guilin. Fijne locatie met een geweldig uitzicht, dichtbij de hotspots. Een warm welkom in een mooi hotel en een eigenaresse die goed Engels spreekt en heel behulpzaam is!

Preis-Leistung ist super und wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es gab Tee und Früchte bei der Ankunft. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich bei der Organisation unseres Tagesausflugs und beschaffte uns einen sehr netten englischsprachigen Führer. Auch sonst wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse warmherzig eingegangen. Ein traditionelles gutes Restaurant ist in nächster Nähe.

Cons:

Die Aussicht war nicht ganz so schön wie wir uns erhofft haben. Wahrscheinlich gibt es bessere und schlechtere Lagen der Zimmer.

Pros:

The staff was very caring: they helped a lot with suggestions, navigation around the city and river tour. I forgor my t-shirt there and they arranged a delivery to another city in China. Which is very nice.

Breakfast was ok for China. Moreover, given we left early for the river tour, they prepared for us some fruits and sandwedges "to-go".

Cons:

The most disappointing thing was that "Mountain view" has a view on the wall of the nearby hotel. Yes, you can see the mountain if you come close to the window and look on your left. But this is not the view. We complained about that and got the refund.

Also the bathroom is a bit strange, since there is no proper toilet door - just a glass one.
