Nice hotel in attractive Main Street of Arroyo Grande.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff; nice spacious room….with enormous bathroom; comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day

Cons:

The pillows are annoying! One is too little, two is too much. Result was a less good night’s sleep than otherwise would have been

I loved its excellent location with a clean room!
Pros:

For a clean, spacious room for a king suite, and the convenient location near lots of fine restaurants to go to.

Cons:

The table and chairs could be arranged in better coordination with the wall-mounted TV
