Good stay
Pros:

Enjoyed the room, location was easy to find. Close to eateries. Has a pool and spa which were smaller but used by many. Breakfast was good. Will stay here again.

Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Access to local shops and eateries can’t be beat!

Had a great stay.
Pros:

Last time we’re were at the Agrarian it was crazy with barking dogs. This trip none were heard or left alone.

Chambre confortable et bien équipée (frigo, micro-ondes, machine à café). Petit déjeuner copieux. Ensemble très propre et neuf. Petite ville animée et restaurants à proximité. Pismo Beach à 15 minutes en voiture.

Quite comfortable and pleasant A.G. hotel with a lovely happy hour and breakfast!
Pros:

The hotel room is larger than usual with a lovely balcony. The breakfast room is warm and friendly with a nice fire to add to the ambiance. Everything is in good repair and very clean with easy complimentary parking. Happy Hour and breakfast was great!

Cons:

An option for Netflix (subscriber access) would be appreciated along with a little fruit (beyond bananas) would be appreciated. Strawberries are a plentiful crop in the area and it would be nice to sample the local produce when in season (which it was).

A Very Pleasant Surprise After a Stressful Road Trip
Pros:

The Agrarian Hotel in Arroyo Grande is welcoming, well maintained, and a great value. We had car trouble on a long road trip and needed somewhere to stay with our family, including our dog. I found this hotel on Expedia, thought the price was good, and decided to give it a shot. I'm really glad we did.

After a stressful couple of days and a trip that had pretty much gone off the rails, the Agrarian was a very welcome change. The hotel is extremely well maintained and feels surprisingly nice and ornate for a limited-service hotel. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel also has a really cool creekside walkway that was perfect for walking our dog. The rooms seemed to all have nice balconies, which was a great amenity. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was particularly nice.

The free breakfast was also excellent, with a lot of options including make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fresh fruit, and yogurt. They even had a nice coffee machine that made a fresh cup on demand.

The neighborhood is cute and has a lot of cool-looking bars and restaurants, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the 101 freeway.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It was a very pleasant surprise, especially after the kind of trip we had been having!

Lovely getaway for couples!
