Has potential to be really excellent, and may be ‘ getting there’.
Pros:

Superb location.

Well fitted out bedrooms with comfy beds.

Some of the food/meals were excellent and served promptly.

Excellent Breakfast with very helpful staff.

Cons:

Access to Hotel involves navigating very poor road surfaces.

Lack of attention to detail, such as no soap/shampoo provided in room.

Very slow service of food in evening, in contrast to earlier and at Breakfast.

‘ Veal Meatballs ’ are not flat, hamburger pates!

Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See. Eigener Badestrand. Sehr freundliche Inhaber.
Abends einen tollen Longdrink an der Bar gehabt.
Großes Zimmer mit Klima und Kühlschrank und toller Terasse mit Jacuzzi ( haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt).

Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war mit Seesicht außergewöhnlich. Die Einrichtung ist in einem top Zustand. Das albanische Morgenessen und das Essen im Restaurant, war sehr lecker und grosszügig. Das Motorrad konnten wir vor dem Hotel parkieren.

הצוות אדיב, המיקום על שפת האגם ממש נפלא, המקום מבודד אבל העיר קרובה וגם מאוד יפה ושווה לבקר בה.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר בסדר, רק שבמשך 3 ימים לא השתנתה

Cons:

בשרותים אין הפרדה למקלחת, כלומר חסר מקלחון .
בגישה למלון יש כ300 מטר ללא אספלט והדרך משובשת.

Aangenaam verblijf vlakbij het meer
Pros:

De locatie aan het meer is super. Het ligt een beetje buiten het dorp, dus heel rustig en je zit meteen aan het meer. Het ontvangst is heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt is lekker en uitgebreid. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam. We hadden problemen met onze wagen en ze zijn ons meteen ter hulp geschoten (en met succes 😊). De kamer is ruim en de badkamer heeft een goede douche.

Cons:

De sfeer in het restaurant 's avonds was een beetje vreemd, maar dit kwam waarschijnlijk omdat we buiten het seizoen geboekt hebben. Het was er erg rustig en we waren na een half uurtje nog maar het enige tafeltje. Ook was niet alles voorradig (maar dat is te begrijpen als het nog niet op volle toeren draait!)

Uitbaters waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Het ontbijt was superlekker en veel !

L'hôtel est situé en bord de lac, très calme.

Cons:

L'hôtel avait l'air en plein travaux (odeur forte de peinture dans la chambre, terrasse pour accéder au lac à moitié démolie... on ne parlera même pas des déchets dans le lac juste devant la plage de l'hôtel). Pour la chambre, pas de paroi de douche, difficile donc de ne pas inonder la salle de bain. Une fenêtre au dessus du lit avec un store qui laisse passer toute la lumière, et un ménage un peu approximatif (meubles de jardin sur la terrasse plein de toiles d'araignées, mouches mortes au niveau de la tête de lit)

Très bien
Pros:

La localisation au bord du lac et la tranquilité. La disponibilité et l’aide précieuse des hôtes très gentils. J’ai eu une difficulté et ils ont tout fait pour trouver une solution.

Cons:

Le lit était un peu dur mais à part ça tout était bien

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der weiteren Umgebung. Alle Zimmer haben einen großen Balkon mit gläserner Balkonbrüstung dadurch toller Blick auf den Oridsee und beeindruckenden Blick auf Mazedoniens Berge schon vom Bett aus. Alle Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend und direkt am Haus, Bezahlt werden kann im Haus auch mit VISA Karte.
Für uns war das Hotel Viktoria eine sehr schöne Wahl und wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen.

Cons:

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken im Bad, die Dusche ist etwa.tricky zu regulieren da zwischen ganz heiß und kalt nur Millimeter liegen.
Etwas beschwerlich wenn man körperliche Einschränkungen hätte da kein Fahrstuhl und einige Treppen. Das sollte man vorher ankündigen und ein Zimmer unten buchen.
