Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel und der Blick ist atemberaubend und wirklich sehr besonders. Wir hatten Halbpension und das war sehr gut. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Man sitzt auch draußen sehr schön. Die schöne Musik zu Unterhaltung am Abend runden den Tag perfekt ab. Ich kann Jedermann dieses Hotel empfehlen. Rechtzeitig buchen, denn es scheint sehr gut immer gebucht zu sein und die besten Zimmer mit Blick auf die Pyramiden sind natürlich am schnellsten weg. Beim Check-In am besten die Variante mit Zahlung jedes Mal am Tisch nach dem Abendessen wählen. Das ist am übersichtlichsten.

I had a severe food poisoning at breakfast on MONDAY 18TH probably from the strwabery smoothie drink
I vomited all food and liquids for 24 hours and this disrupted my schedule of meetings and return from Egypt

In de avond op het terras bij het zwembad lekker nagenieten van de dag met een lekker wijntje en heerlijk eten.
De lieve mensen in de bediening en onze chauffeur Alladin ( ja die van de lamp) is ons verblijf extra aangenaam geworden.

Location was great, room was great.

Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo exceeded all of our expectations and made for an absolutely amazing stay.

The hotel offers the perfect combination of a cultural trip and a relaxing pool holiday. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned beautifully every day. The complimentary bottles of water were replenished daily, and the view was simply breathtaking, with both the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum visible from our room.

Breakfast was outstanding. There was a huge selection each morning, and the eggs were cooked to perfection exactly how we wanted them every single day. The pool bar service could be a little slow at times, but the food was delicious and well worth the wait.

The pool area was immaculate and very well managed. Towels were brought over immediately, and the staff were always happy to move umbrellas to provide either sun or shade depending on what we wanted.

The reception staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was wonderfully quiet at night, and we slept incredibly well every evening.

There was genuinely nothing to fault.

Although it takes around 30 minutes by car to reach downtown Cairo, we were very glad we chose this hotel. It offered a much more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere than staying in the busy city centre.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is an exceptional place to stay and the perfect base for anyone wanting to experience Egypt’s incredible history while also enjoying a luxurious and restful holiday.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Steigenberger Pyramids Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional.
A very special thank you to Khairy, Mohamed, and Amr from the bar for their outstanding service, always welcoming with a smile and making every moment enjoyable. My sincere appreciation as well to Caroline from Guest Relations for her professionalism and genuine care, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay.
Grateful thanks to Gana at the reception for her warm welcome and smooth assistance, and to Habiba from Housekeeping for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
The entire team made my experience memorable, and I’m truly looking forward to coming back again soon.
