It was incredible. I enjoyedabout everything
It's such an amazing hotel with a great view of the pyramids! The Great Egyptian Museum is also across the road. The pool and bar were great, just lounge around or swim in the beautiful pool. The staff were so accommodating and nothing was a problem. We would definitely stay here again. Five stars!

The inconvenience of being unable to walk across to the Grand Museum, due to the very busy expressway inbetween.

L'extérieur, la piscine, le pool bar, le jardin.
Les chambres vieillotes, l'intérieur de l'hôtel, clairement pas un 5 étoiles... Une voie rapide passe devant l'hôtel, ce qui rend les balcons bruyants. Dommage car la vue sur les pyramides est magique.(a partir du 2ème étage et plus)
Camere ampie pulite e letti comodi, ottima posizione per visitare le piramidi e il nuovo museo.

Il mangiare sia a la carta che buffet non è dei migliori e i prezzi sono elevati
就在大埃及博物馆对面，从阳台就可以看到博物馆。去金字塔和博物馆都比较方便。房间的设施都很不错。早餐也不错。
一开始不适应埃及的小费文化，服务生帮我们搬运行李以后要小费，有点被吓到。导致后面住酒店也不敢让服务生帮忙😅

The one good thing about this property is its location and it does have a decent size pool.
The one good thing I noticed between this one and the one located in Cairo is the friendliness of the staff. The one located in Cairo goes out of their way to make you feel like you’re welcome and see about your needs. The one located next to the pyramids seems like people are doing their job, but the friendliness and warmth is just not there. They come by they say hello but it’s more like an obligation than something that you feel like they enjoy, even saying hello and getting to know you, it began with a request for a room with a view to which I got a view of a street and construction then I got a view offered to me a room with a wall in front of me, then finally I guess they felt like I actually wanted a view and I told them I would happily pay for any upgrade. They offered me a room with a very nice view, which was the best part of my visit The rest of the time I was there I felt like the staff were like good morning a very standoffish, and then I had a very uncomfortable encounter when I felt as though the man who cleans my room did something extra special for me, but then expected certainly to be tipped for that so it wasn’t like an authentic gesture. It was one basically saying hey listen did you see I did this for you. Where’s my tip to the extent to where he met me in the hall as I was leaving to go out for the day and stated he wasn’t going to be there the day I checked out but meet me at the checkout desk well with a sense of, hey did you see? I don’t have anything in my hand yet from you? He was just Just looking at me like excuse me did you see I gave you some apples like I said I think it’s a situation where people at this place stand around and try to do their job, but there is no sense of warmth and friendliness like I found at the one in Cairo. I do think that they could take lessons from the staff that works in Cairo.
Very nice stay ! Ahmed Mosua provided amazing service and is a wonderful cleaner. Definitely recommend and the views are stunning.
Очень приятная европейская гостиница, не пожалел, что переплатит немного, но жил как человек, без грязи в номере, на спокойной приятной территории, в большом номере.
Бассейн тоже хороший, завтраки не хуже чем в хилтоне . В целом я доволен!
Есть мелочи , расскажу о них:
1) портье провожает тебя до номера, даже если его не просишь, а потом заходит в номер в ботинках до кровати, и нагло просит чаевые, это конечно вводит в ступор.
2) на баре указаны неверные цены, когда принесли счет он был на треть больше, в меню цены без налогов и чаевых, будте внимательны!

It was a great experience. They initially had us as 2 beds but switched to a single and was really accommodating.

We had a fabulous stay, the rooms were very comfortable, service was excellent (thankyou Heny for keeping our room clean) , the cooks helped personalise our meals at any opportunity, the pool was perfect to cool down in after a hot day of exploring cairo and surrounds, and the view of the pyramids from our room was spectacular
