The worst stay in any hotel ever
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

There was no spa or not working
Swimming pool was very small
The hotel was empty, yet they still chose the worst view for us ( construction tools and machines)

Ideal if visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum
Pros:

If you are visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum, you can not do better than this 5 start, reasonably priced hotel - located literally immediately opposite the museum entrance. My large pyramid view room with balcony was spotless, fabulous bathroom, free water bottles provided daily and and impressive buffet breakfast. You are located a good 20-30 minues from downtown Cairo, which might be an issue for those wanting rto spend dayds in the and around the Khan, but for the museum, you can't do better. Large swimming pool also, for those interested.

Pour le montant, ce n’est pas ce que j’attendais d’aussi propre et classe

Cons:

La nourriture qui est dans la chambre à l’arrivée et totalement payante à la fin du séjour. On m’a demandé de tout payer ce qui a été consommé et je pensais que comme tous les hôtels. Il y avait encore des accueil chaleureux, mais non ce sont des voleurs. Et ils ne l’ont pas précisé dès le début.

Great placecto stay to see the pyramids and grand museum
Pros:

Close to the Grand museum and beautiful view of the pyramids. The swimming pool was n great way to cool yourself off after a long day in the sun. The food was good quality and there was a great variety at the buffets. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasurable stay. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Cons:

I think they can put in more effort in cleaning the bathrooms.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to thank the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable.

Everything was excellent, from the comfortable and clean rooms to the great facilities, the swimming pool, the perfect location, and the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Alaa, the Events Manager, for his kindness and professionalism. My sincere thanks also go to Mr. Sameh from the Accounts Department for his support and assistance.

A special thank you to the security team, especially Mr. Abdo, for making us feel safe and welcome throughout our stay. I also appreciate the housekeeping team for keeping the room spotless and comfortable every day.

Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to the Front Office and Guest Relations team, especially Ms. Mariam, who went above and beyond to assist us. Her warm attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference and added a personal touch to our stay.

Best view of the Pyramids and doesn't break the bank.
Pros:

Location is perfect - You can see the pyramids of Giza from your room view and you really do feel like you are in the best location.

Cons:

I would only say free taxi or transfers to airport.
