Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel de Niza fue absolutamente desastrosa. El personal fue malcriado, poco profesional y, sobre todo, completamente carente de empatía. El hotel estaba en plena reparación, con ruidos y molestias en las habitaciones que afectaron directamente nuestra estancia, sin que pareciera importarles en lo más mínimo la comodidad de sus huéspedes.

Lo más indignante no fue únicamente el ruido de las obras, sino la actitud del personal ante nuestras quejas. En lugar de escuchar, buscar una solución o mostrar un mínimo de comprensión, se mostraron cerrados, indiferentes y con una actitud prepotente. Su respuesta fue básicamente: «Así está el hotel y no podemos hacer nada», pero, al mismo tiempo, se negaron a devolvernos el dinero.

Es inaceptable cobrar por una estancia que se ve seriamente perjudicada por obras y reparaciones sin ofrecer una solución razonable al cliente. La falta de consideración, la mala atención y la negativa a asumir cualquier responsabilidad demuestran una pésima gestión y una preocupante falta de respeto hacia los huéspedes.

No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. Si buscan descansar, recibir un trato digno y que respeten sus derechos como clientes, les aconsejo que busquen otra opción. Un hotel no solo se juzga por sus instalaciones, sino también por la forma en que trata a sus clientes cuando surge un problema. Y en este caso, el hotel ha fallado estrepitosamente en todos los aspectos. Una experiencia frustrante que no repetiría jamás.

Afløb fra bad var stoppet så vand løb ud i gang. Forsøgte at fortælle folk i reception om problemet. Desuden virkede TV ikke af flere omgange. Ophold svare ikke til pris !

Beautiful hotel and location, more effort needed with guests, especially solo travellers.
Pros:

The best was comfortable and it was clean. The bathroom was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the location by the beach and in a lively part of town.

Cons:

On arrival nothing was explained to me about room service or how to book breakfast or dinner. Previously I had been staying at a much cheaper hotel and the facilities were just as good, if not better.

ロケーションが海岸のほぼ中央にあり、旧市街へも近く、すぐ隣が公共駐車場で、レンタカーで旅行する場合はとても便利。車で到着した時は、ホテル前に2台ほど一時的に駐車のできるスペースがあり、そこでまず荷物を下ろしてから隣にある公共駐車場へ停めに行き、チェックインをします。停め方はコツがありますが、丁寧に案内してもらえます。荷物はスタッフに頼むと運んでもらえます。海が目の前に見える部屋にしました。やや手狭ですが、テラスで食事もできるので、この値段ならば十分でしょう。朝食は大変良いです。建物は伝統的で大変きれいです。フロントスタッフに日本人の方がおり、何かあった時は安心だと思いました。

Cons:

写真で見た印象よりも、やや部屋が狭い。ホテルの条件に『駐車場あり』と表示してありますが、すぐ隣の公共駐車場を使います。1日25ユーロです。部屋に備え付けのコーヒーメーカーが特殊なタイプなので、コーヒーのカートリッジが普通のものと違います。部屋にカップ、グラス類はありますが、皿やカテラリーはないので、テラスでシャンパンなどを飲む場合は、徒歩5分のところにあるスーパーで飲食物を調達するついでに紙皿を買うと良いです。このスーパーには、プラスチック製のフォークやナイフはありませんでしたので、日本から割り箸、プラ製カテラリーは用意して持って行くと良いと思います。
