Easy access, easy staff, easy living
Pros:

Clean rooms with good air con, staff will come in and make your bed and give you fresh towels during the day. Wonderful to hang out by the pool and a few good restaurants and cafes in good proximity

Honestly, everything else. The staff aren’t as friendly as they were in other places, I understand the language barrier but it wasn’t that, they’re just not nice enough to work in hospitality. Not helpful at all, not with luggage not with anything. Lazy. Also, the place is quite run down and a bit depressing, definitely too expensive for what they offer. You can get WAY better places for this money in Bali. Also, they said the water was included but they charged us. Never again!

Cons:

The towels and sheets were super dirty. The internet is super slow and sometimes doesn’t work. When it starts to rain, the water comes into the room.

Noisy and terrible wifi but nice staff
Pros:

Poorly managed property, I feel sorry for Nelly, Jessika and the other young staff.

I've stayed at about 25 places in Canggu. Unfortunately this is the worst managed place I've stayed.

Pros
Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and have balconies

Cons
Really noisy at night due to the bars nearby. One particular place generally hosts terrible rock musicians.
Terrible wifi (couldn't even book a flight)
My toilet was blocked
Staff came into my room without knocking
Room still being finished with new art and mirrors held up with tape
Food and beverages are stale. Yes even the Bintang tasted sour.
Gym equipment dangerous
Breakfast very average. Go to Warung Kono for better and cheaper food.
