A comfortable stay in an excellent location with a stunning view
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean and the view over the harbour and bridge was incredible! We were on an upper floor and were not bothered by any train noise. I appreciated the coffee machine with daily replenishment of capsules. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location near the train station and a short walk to the ferry made transport around Sydney very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing given the price. Poor booking management was the biggest issue.
Pros:

Concierge attempted to be helpful, nice view and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

Request sent to hotel 2 weeks prior to stay (to notify that would be bringing pets) was not addressed by hotel staff prior to arrival. This caused check in to take over 45 minutes and for us to be given a room on a lower floor, and therefore louder due to the trains. The sound from the trains running underneath is near constant and incredibly loud. Breakfast was only booked for 1 but concierge attempted to charge for 2. Booking was for 2 people but only one towel was provided in the room.

Best view of Sydney
Pros:

Obviously the view was wonderful especially for the family visiting from France. The check in was easily done and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
Beautiful room and very clean facilities

Cons:

The whistling from the windows
Couldn't get a tv channel
But that is pretty insignificant
We did make a request which drew a blank in the end didn't matter

Pros:

Nathan’s welcome at reception was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, warm and professional, and made a fantastic first impression.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved. There was lipstick left on the vanity, which gave the impression that the area had not been thoroughly cleaned.

駅から徒歩5分くらい。
電車の防音対策で耳栓がアメニティで置いてあった。
部屋とベッドの広さも良い。

駅チカで電車が来る度に音がする。
シャワーが固定式のみ。

Relaxing stay in hotel with great views
Pros:

The view, the location. The quiet room.

Cons:

Toilet with a window to the bed. The fridge was broken and leaking water. When we reported it, it was replaced but the workmen made a mess with muddy boots. It was not cleaned up until after 2pm.

It was enough and perfect for our stay.
Pros:

We loved the view and the location of the hotel. It was super close to the train station and ferry.
the bed was super comfortable and clean.

Cons:

the pillow options wasn't right for us. and the bathroom was super small and not really clean.
The floor of the bathroom and tiles can be cleaner.
Also there was no toothbrush or toothpaste!
