Ort und Platz genial um zu Fuss sich in der Stadt zu bewegen, Aussicht sehr schön, Frühstück ausgiebig, Zeiten aber sehr kurz um es zu geniessen

Cons:

Einiges im Zimmer war nicht funktionstüchtig, Wasserkocher verdreckt, Kühlschrank war nicht gekühlt, Lüftung NICHT funktionstüchtig, Wasser in der Dusche nicht abgelaufen, Siphon verstopft im Lavabo, es gab keine Bücher ( Austauschbörse), Infodesk sehr mager besetzt sowie nicht hilfreich

A wonderful stay that made us feel truly special!
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay here! The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade with a gorgeous view. It was such a lovely surprise and made us feel genuinely special—a wonderful start to our visit.

The location couldn’t have been better: right in the city centre, making it so easy to step outside and explore. The city itself is absolutely beautiful, and having such a central base made our time there even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was another highlight—absolutely delicious and a wonderful way to start the day before heading out to discover the city. Having a restaurant at the hotel was also a welcome convenience.

What really stood out was the hospitality. Beyond the fantastic location and beautiful view, it was the kindness and helpfulness of the team that made this stay so memorable. We felt very well looked after and could simply relax and enjoy our time.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. A well-deserved 10 out of 10!

Cons:

Parking spaces were a bit challenging. But luckily there were public paid places close. That was on us to plan it better. :)

Pros:

Lovely staff, wonderful breakfast, lovely room with a great view and very comfortable lobby. Great location in the centre of bergen

Cons:

I was a bit hot at night but if I had my window open it was noisy, but it was Saturday night so lots of people were out enjoying themselves!
