For a high price we got a small room not properly cleaned and with no service / cleaning between day 1 and day 2. Location is OK if you want to live in the center of Bergen- the noise level is high in night time, especially in the weekends due to the nearby bars and pubs. Breakfast is OK with good capacity.

We had ordered a more expensive room with a balcony and it was much smaller than a standard room and only had one outlet and just 6 hangers.
We switched to the less expensive standard room but did not get a refund from the expensive room.

Rommet var ikke som forventet for denne type hotell, ingen garderobeskap, ingen kaffemaskin kun frysetørret kaffe. Badene var veldig bra.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, wenige Minuten vom Fischmarkt ,Brygge und Hafen. Frühstück war gut! Haben im benachbarten Parkhaus einen Parkplatz gefunden!
Wir haben ein de luxe Doppelzimmer gebucht. Aber es hat sich wie eine Gefängniszelle angefühlt ! Aussicht in den Innenhof kein Licht und winziges Zimmer! Nie wieder im Norge !
