Vi gjenglemte klær på hotellet og selv om vi gikk tilbake under 4 timer etter sjekk ut var det ikke mulig å få dem tilbake. Man må vente at de blir registrert hos Lost and Found også betale forsendelse! Jeg hadde forventet at et hotell i denne prisklassen ville hatt et oppbevaringsrom på hotellet i hvert fall i 24 timer!!

We would recommend the hotel - but suggest the staff try to stay in the rooms and see whether they also bump their heads

Service and location and helpfulness. Breakfast was good. Concierge service excellent

Rooms were a good size, but the layout of the lights was a little impractical and dark - the light hung very low.

Amazing!
Pros:

This is my favorite hotel in Bergen. It’s the obvious choice for my stay every time. The staff is very helpful and so nice, the breakfast is amazing and the location is just great!

Cons:

The layout of the breakfast room can be adjusted to allow for more space and less crowds. It can be very crowded during breakfast time and hence can be uncomfortable sometimes.

Disastrous
Pros:

Town Centre hotel with no air-conditioning, so at night choice of suffocation or disruptive noise from revellers below. Bedrooms with no (I mean "no"!) storage space for clothes. Extremely crowded breakast room with disastrously narrow corridors where food/drink available.

Cons:

I was totally unsatisfied with the reception desk people.
I was clear asking the invoice of what I paid and they kept telling me that they cannot give this before the check out. I was three times on the cue at the reception for this and I get just a „information receipt” on the money already paid! This kind of information receipt is simply not a real invoice inside EU.
The staff attitude towards this topic was completly inflexible and unaccetable for me.
