We unfortunately had a neighbour who partied till 4 and the hotel had water maintenance from 11.30 till 3.00 am which was noisy

Perfect Hotel in Perfect Location 👌
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect, its about a 3 minute walk to the viaduct, straight across from the ferries with awesome views and an easy walk into central Auckland.
The buffet breakfast was great with an awesome selection and well worth having.
Staff were lovely and super helpful.
I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend 👌

A little gem on the waterfront.
Pros:

Great location right on the waterfront with easy access to ferries, trains and buses. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, from accommodating an early check in (for a small fee), taking our luggage to our room, attending to enquiries immediately and booking cabs. First class customer service. Additionally, the baristas at the on site cafe make great coffee!
The property is surrounded by great eateries/restaurants and bars. The waterfront location makes this property a bit special.

Cons:

The room was neat and tidy but a bit smaller than expected for a couple. We did find it a bit cramped but it wouldn’t deter us from staying here again.

Gold-Star Views & Exceptional Value in Downtown Auckland
Pros:

Staying in Auckland for NZ Fashion Week, I needed a quiet place to unwind and write after a busy day of runway shows. Despite the name, M Social provided the perfect peace and quiet. The warm lobby staff kindly accommodated my request for a quiet space, giving me a spotlessly clean, spacious room on a high floor at the end of the corridor.

The view over Waitemata Harbour was spectacular, and you cannot beat the central downtown location—right across from the ferry terminals. Exceptional quality for a reasonable price, rounded out by a helpful late checkout. Thank you to the wonderful team. Bravi!

All round wonderful stay in Auckland!
Pros:

Great location opposite the harbour, and only a very short walk to Queen st, the Viaduct, cafes and a grocery store. The staff were helpful and professional, and the room was comfortable, clean and nicely appointed.
