I’ve stayed at M Social on a number of previous occasions, this room wasn’t what I expected!
Pros:

Great location, clean room

Cons:

Small double bed, no bath, a disability room with the toilet next to the exposed shower.

Camera con Vista.
Pros:

L'hotel è centralissimo ,comodo è ottimo per girare in centro città.
La nostra camera con vista porto/mare perfetta non grandissima ma giusta.
Arredata con gusto è moderna.
Bagno particolare con porta/ specchio scorrevole laterale con affaccio sulla camera.
Peccato aver soggiornato una sola notte perché eravamo in transito per il nostro viaggio.
Auckland merita più di un giorno.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Great tidy well maintained rooms and great location for downtown Auckland

Cons:

Paid parking , while convenient and necessary it should be part of the room cost. Late check in , most places have a check in at 1pm not 3pm
