בחדר השני בשימוש בשירותים ובפתיחת במים למקלחת, לא היו מים כלל. ארזנו הכל ושוב עברמו חדר. בזמן הצ'ק אאוט ביקשתי פיצוי וההתיחסות אך לא יצרו איתי קשר מאז
Rommet vart veldig fint. Personalet var stort sett veldig vennleg. Utsikten var bra også
Hadde problem med døra som ikkje stengte seg så det var litt ubehagelig for det kunne ikkje fikses på kvelden. Ellers så er det litt upraktisk at det berre er parkering på (dyrt) offentlig parkering. Frokosten var skuffende på ditte nivået spesielt etter den på radisson I kristiansand dagen før
The location is excellent, very close to the bus terminal, the airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel, the bus for sightseeing activities also departs from in front of the hotel, and the pier where the fjord cruise boats depart is within walking distance of the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room cleaning could have been better.
The breakfast met my expectations in terms of variety. There was a good selection of food, and I was satisfied with the overall breakfast experience
The room shown in the app did not match the room given in the hotel. I experienced the same situation at a hotel in another city during my trip, and the receptionist there said the room type was correct and that I could upgrade to a different room type if I wanted, so I didn't report it to the reception thinking I would go through the same process again.
The balcony was quite dusty when we arrived. It could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but paying a little more attention to the cleanliness of the balcony would make the experience even better.

The Norwegian minimalism hotel at it's finest. Nice staff; good bed; clean; fine rooms. And as always - amazing breakfast choice. it was perfect for our liking!
Only that it was a bit pricey; but evaluating hotel's location & comfort - it's worth the money.
Nothing to add here. All was perfect for my taste.
