Good location
Pros:

Great location, and airport shuttle is super convenient.

Cons:

The restaurant at the hotel is expensive for what the menu offers.it would be good if there were a few vending machines around the property to purchase snacks.

Cons:

No Member Rewards Points because I booked with Booking.com. Tardy check in with only one receptionist until eventually another appeared. Complete lack of consideration with advertised airport transfer. Needed a 6.00am time and told that only 5.45 or 6.45 time available. No external signage.

Very convenient location for a stopover at Melbourne Airport
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised how well sound proofed the rooms are, being close to the airport we expected noise but it was quiet. Room service was offered til 2130 and well priced. We decided to just walk from the airport to the hotel and it was well signed and fairly easy walk (we didn’t have much luggage, so decided not to worry about utilising the free shuttle service).

Cons:

Carpets and beds are tired and rooms would benefit from having those replaced

Pros:

Our flight was late when we arrived and the staff on the front desk where great and even extended our check out time by one hour .When we needed to get to our other accomadation the staff were and organised a taxi for us .
