Le Petit-déjeuner était très bien, la chambre propre et le personnel était serviable et accueillant.

I would stay here again based on location and balcony access but it needs to be updated.
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Love that there are balconies.

Cons:

The property is a bit run down. Could benefit from some fresh paint, new carpet and new furniture. The fabric on furniture in the room was very worn. The table was broken.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um Montreal zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe der Ladenstraßen und dicht zur Hsltestelle des Flughafenbusses war ideal

Cons:

Könnte hier und da was Renovierung vertragen,
Frühstück war auch eher mau.

The building is run down and in need of upgrading. The staff were helpful when addressing issues.
Pros:

The continental breakfast was good. They were able to accomodate a higher room to be away from street noise. The location was close to our venue.

Cons:

The extra expense to "valet" parking was frustrating. The lack of on site parking was frustrating. The street leading to the hotel was closed, it made it challenging to find.

It was a room to sleep that was comfortable but could have been better unfortunately
Pros:

I liked that it was easy to find my room and where to go. The staff at the front desk were nice and that the AC worked really well making it comfortable with the extreme heat there was.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hotel room we had, had dirt on the carpet, holes in the wall, and the shower didn’t drain very well so we were standing in a pool of water when showering. I also didn’t like that when asked the staff doing the breakfast a question she wasn’t very nice and started talking and laughing about us with other members. There also was not much selection or space to go so often couldn’t eat because there was no where for us to go to eat in the room and no space to grab anything even when we went earlier for breakfast. I also didn’t not like the fact that we had to park far away because there is no parking and had to pay extra on top of the hotel for the parking where as parking should be included even if it was parking down the street there should be a parking pass for guests.
