Nice place, great location.
Pros:

The hotel is right across the road from the sea. I had a sea view and it was very beautiful! The staff was really nice and kind. I liked being able to open windows and get fresh air. The vegetarian breakfast was very good! I really like Hove a lot!

Cons:

The hotel was a little worse for wear. We had a freakish heat wave and there was only a fan in the room which got very hot from the sun.

Very happy customer
Pros:

The location is excellent, parking can be tight but the staff were very keen to help us find a spot. The breakfast was superb and the staff as a whole were very kind. I would use the hotel again if I'm in the area. Also the location is close to lots of good pubs and food places as well as the beach.

Cons:

It's only really relevant because we just so happened to stay during the extreme heat wave but Air Conditioning would have been nice, although they did supply a fan. 99% of the time it would have been fine.

A comfortable base and a good place to rest.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. The room was lovely - good lighting, comfortable chair next to the little table.
