Un acceuil très sympathique, possibilité de se garer sur place gratuitement, proximité de la plage.
Spacious quiet room at the back of the building, with reasonably good blackout effect from the room curtains.
My daughter and friend had an even more spacious twin at the front of the building with great uninterrupted views out onto the channel.
Fans thoughtfully provided to help cool rooms in this unusually warm summer.

Bijou car park at the rear of the building, tight access though for SUVs etc. (but as we had a small car this meant space was available to us).
Very convenient for access to beach and Brighton City Centre.
Bus stops directly outside the front for the frequent number 700 buses into and back out of Brighton city centre.
Access would have been tight round the side of the building for anybody arriving in an SUV or vehicle with long wheel base looking for parking space.

It was all good. No negative comments to make.
De kamer was zeer ruim en proper met een grote badkamer. Het bed was heel confortabel.
We hadden zicht op zee dus dat was prima.
De parking was volzet maar we mochten gratis vooraan op de oprit parkeren. Top.
Er was geen airco maar dat stoorde niet en we wisten het op voorhand.
Een koelkast ontbrak en dat had wel nuttig geweest.
Good location, managed to get a free car parking space on arrival, comfy and soft bed, lovely clean room. Great sea view!
The road is busy and therefore noisy in sea facing bedrooms, it was ok with the windows closed.
