We had to wait past check in time to check in which was a bit annoying.
The hotel is of modern design and comfortable. The tropical grounds are nicely landscaped. The rooms are clean with a small seating area. The breakfast is very good. The hotel has an airport shuttle service. Inside the hotel is a simple Japanese restaurant which was convenient for dinner. I was glad I could walk to a grocery store from the hotel. Staff is helpful.
Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were large and clean with tea making facilities and fridge.
Grounds and entry to the hotel were beautiful and well maintained. Pool was quite small but never busy so wasn't an issue and there were always plenty of loungers.
Spa on site with cheap services compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
On site restaurants and bar serving a good variety of foods and beverages at reasonable prices.

Arranged shuttle transfer for our 5.30am arrival but ended up getting a taxi because it drove right past the pick up point and an hour later had still not come back.
Check in is usually 2pm but staff arranged a room for us at 10am which were were grateful for as we had aleady been awake over 36 hours. However, maintenance works were being done outside the window with hammering all day so couldn't sleep. This happened everyday from around 6.45am to around 4pm.
Booking.com state in the description that hotel has hot tub and sauna which was a big consideration when booking the hotel. This is incorrect....the hotel has neither. Also worth mentioning but omitted from the description is that the hotel while 10 minutes from the airport is directly under the flight path and flights start at 6.30am. Single glazed windows in the rooms so very loud and if you like to sleep in, this hotel is not for you.
Breakfast had enough options but the hot items were always cold.
The pre arrangements for the conference was straightforward and clear, and upon arrival the management of a large group and attention to detail were second to none. Many parts of the Hotel have been recently renovated, making it a very inviting place to stay and spend time. A particular thanks to the conference liaison staff member, Magic, and the team at the bar, especially Noa and Fili, who were most attentive to our group and made everything possible without any fuss. Tanoa International is highly recommended for a business, transit or long stay for pleasure.

After a mammoth travelling experience from Europe, the warm welcome at Tanoa International Hotel was second to none. I needed daylight after two days of travelling and Anaeta at the poolside was so sweet. Speaking to her feels like a hug. Her attentiveness continued throughout my stay, remembering my name and my planned activities. Never obtrusive, just the right level of chit chat. That can be said for all front facing staff.
Had a 3-day workshop here. Great service from great people, particularly Saiasi the barrista for my day coffee and Keith and Semesa for being so accommodating w our requests.
One suggestion: the lighting could be improved in the Tanoa meeting room.

Vinaka valevu Chef Ilai for the wonderful lunch during the SPTO Board of Directors meeting! The best lunch any organization can have for their event in Nadi . Definitely recommend and more value for money than other similar properties.
This is a fabulous hotel, very convenient to the airport. It is good for a short convenient nightstop for an early flight or late arrival, or indeed a longterm stay like myself.
The staff from reception to bar to housekeeping are all very pleasant, professional and friendly.

We loved our time at Tanoa International for a conference recently. The deluxe refurbished rooms are very comfortable and well appointed.

We hosted a one week Regional Conference at the Tanoa International. The level of professionalism displayed by the entire team was amzing. They clearly understand the complexities of hosting large groups and ensured every detail of our sessions ran on time and without a hitch. The staff truly goes above nd beyond to mke evry guest feel welcomed. The Tanoa team provided a fantastic variety of fresh, flavorful meals that kept our energy up all week.
