We enjoyed our stay, food was good, Japanese restarant food no so good, hot and stuffy
Pros:

Staff were amazing great service ambiance of the foyer and surrounding areas was great.
Definitely recommend this hotel as a stop over, close to airport.

Cons:

except for housekeeping, we had to ask to have our room cleaned and they still did not wash up dishes or clean bathroom, only made the bed.
the Bed was extremely hard - should not be in a hotel room.

Cons:

The rooms in each section are accessed by a single passage way. The main door of the rooms are poorly insulated and as a result it is difficult to sleep before midnight because guests constantly use the passage way and talk and bang the passage way entry door.

Pros:

Location for a stopover was excellent and the facilities were great. Very clean and lovely lush garden setting.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed by the food, which didn't seem quite as fresh as we had hoped. But the service was fantastic.

A Wonderful Experience
Pros:

We have just had a wonderful two night stay at the Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi. The service was amazing from the cool drinks when we arrived to the waving goodbye when we left. We would like to give a special mention to Jope whose friendly and efficient service was greatly appreciated! Another thank you goes to Saiasi for his hospitality and great coffee making! We hope to return here someday. Vinaka Vakalevu!!

Great service…. Well done Anna
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel with my company for 6 weeks. During this time i found the services and hotel staff to be friendly, kind and efficient. In particular one of the Food and Beverage staff (Anna) i found to be extremely professional and unbelievably helpful on a number of occasions and made a Huge impression on our group so much so that she alone would be reason enough for our company to book here again next year.

Tanoa business stay
Pros:

Have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tanoa Nadi during a recent business trip.
The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
Saiasi makes a great long black which I enjoyed out the front in the cafe often.
The gardens of the hotel are beautiful and something the gardening staff should be proud of.
Would be more than happy with o stay again.
