Nice facility. Good location. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Although our reservation said breakfast included, there was no breakfast offered. We did like the bed and shower. We liked how quiet the room was.

Cons:

There was no breakfast offered. But they would sell you a small muffin for $4. Also, there was no microwave in the room, which was an issue for us. The lobby has a strong smell of cleaning products. Although the hotel has a 100% sanitary score, the smell was not pleasant. The room smelled fine and was clean.

Cons:

I think it was decently clean. However the indoor smell of cigarettes and other odors made it feel like it wasn’t clean.

A very good choice if you need parking and have an early flight.
Pros:

Airport parking for $5/day with free shuttle was the biggest plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great value, great experience, would stay again.
Pros:

The location- so close to RDU- was great. We paid to leave our car at the Sonesta Select, and took your shuttle to the airport. We had to leave at 4 am, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. I like the tile in the tub area, rather than a fiberglass tub/enclosure. The furniture and color scheme were stylish.

Cons:

The thermostat in the room is digital, and for some reason it would go from sleep mode to really bright every minute. I had to get up and jury-rig something to cover it.
The furnishings were nice, but already starting to show a little wear. (Wood laminate cabinet door over fridge was chipped.)
Overall, not much to dislike!
