A spotless, comfortable and welcoming hotel with excellent breakfast, great transport links - super!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in Room 25. The room was small but had enough space for us, was absolutely spotless, bright and extremely well soundproofed – we couldn’t hear any outside noise. The air conditioning was a massive bonus as temperatures reached around 37°C during our stay, and it was wonderful coming back to a nice, cool room. The bathroom and toiletries provided were also excellent.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of choice from the cold buffet as well as eggs freshly prepared to your liking. Free parking was another great bonus.

We mainly used public transport, taking the bus to Interlaken Ost and trains from there to explore the surrounding area. The hotel also provided a complimentary Panorama Card Thunersee (although we did have to ask for it), which gave us free bus travel and discounts at attractions such as St. Beatus Caves.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Pros:

Hotel muy tranquilo, ambiente y trato familiar. Habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario. Cama cómoda, limpieza muy bien y aire acondicionado perfecto. Los productos del desayuno son muy buenos, aunque tal vez faltaba un poco más de variedad. La ubicación perfecta cerca del lago y que tenga parking propio es un puntazo!!!!!

Todo bien, cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

Wir haben die kurze Auszeit in diesem kleinen Juwel am Thunersee sehr genossen.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen ganz speziellen Charme, der einen sofort gefangen nimmt. Es ist liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist super. Das Personal super freundlich.

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit Charme in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum von Thun
Pros:

Das familiengeführte Hotel ist ideal gelegen, ein schöner Spaziergang an der Aare entlang ins Zentrum von Thun und die Bushaltestelle erst noch vor dem Haus. Genügend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind nicht gross geschnitten, modern und verfügen aber über alles Notwendige. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage haben wir bei diesen Hitzetagen sehr geschätzt (und wird wohl immer wichtiger). Das Besitzerpaar (Pascal und Karin) und das Personal sind ausserordenlich herzlich und kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Das Morgenessen ist reichhaltig (frischer Fruchtsalat, Eierspeisen etc.). Es empfiehlt sich zudem unbedingt (frühzeitig) für ein Dinner zu reservieren. Sie werden garantiert nicht enttäuscht. Herrliche italienische Küche, schöne italienische Weinkarte!

Séjour et repas ok à Thoune
Pros:

Hôtel et restaurant très bien situés à 2 pas de l’embarcadère du bateau avec un grand parking gratuit
Belle terrasse ombragée avec un excellent petit-déjeuner et dîner le soir
Bon choix des vins italiens avec prix un peu trop élevé
Belle carte au restaurant mais avec des prix assez élevés
Personnel très professionnel et très aimable au restaurant

Cons:

Chambre climatisée mais très très petite 12-14m2 mais avec une belle salle de bains douche
Pas d’ascenseur avec un escalier assez étroit du 1er au 2eme étage
Pas de balcon
Carrefour automobile assez bruyant devant l’hôtel donc impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes mais il y’avait la climatisation heureusement
Lit type nordique avec sur matelas en latex pas du tout confortable…. Il faut aimer…. Aussi l’oreiller pas confortable
