Séjour et repas ok à Thoune
Pros:

Hôtel et restaurant très bien situés à 2 pas de l’embarcadère du bateau avec un grand parking gratuit
Belle terrasse ombragée avec un excellent petit-déjeuner et dîner le soir
Bon choix des vins italiens avec prix un peu trop élevé
Belle carte au restaurant mais avec des prix assez élevés
Personnel très professionnel et très aimable au restaurant

Cons:

Chambre climatisée mais très très petite 12-14m2 mais avec une belle salle de bains douche
Pas d’ascenseur avec un escalier assez étroit du 1er au 2eme étage
Pas de balcon
Carrefour automobile assez bruyant devant l’hôtel donc impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes mais il y’avait la climatisation heureusement
Lit type nordique avec sur matelas en latex pas du tout confortable…. Il faut aimer…. Aussi l’oreiller pas confortable

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit Charme in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum von Thun
Pros:

Das familiengeführte Hotel ist ideal gelegen, ein schöner Spaziergang an der Aare entlang ins Zentrum von Thun und die Bushaltestelle erst noch vor dem Haus. Genügend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind nicht gross geschnitten, modern und verfügen aber über alles Notwendige. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage haben wir bei diesen Hitzetagen sehr geschätzt (und wird wohl immer wichtiger). Das Besitzerpaar (Pascal und Karin) und das Personal sind ausserordenlich herzlich und kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Das Morgenessen ist reichhaltig (frischer Fruchtsalat, Eierspeisen etc.). Es empfiehlt sich zudem unbedingt (frühzeitig) für ein Dinner zu reservieren. Sie werden garantiert nicht enttäuscht. Herrliche italienische Küche, schöne italienische Weinkarte!

Sympathisches Hotel für einen Wochenendaufenthalt in Thun.
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Morgenessen-Buffet sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Soweit war alles gut, einziger negativer Punkt waren die Matratzen, die sind eindeutig viel zu weich.

Cons:

Extremely inflexible hotel with poor communication and an unfriendly guest policy

We booked a double room and contacted the hotel in advance to ask whether my friend could stay with me in the room. The hotel did not respond for approximately three days, despite our request being time-sensitive. Booking.com was also involved and the request was ultimately considered acceptable from Booking.com’s side.

Despite this, the hotel refused to allow the additional guest and would not accommodate our request. Even worse, because of their inflexible policy, we were not allowed to cancel the reservation, leaving us with no practical option except to book and pay for a second room at double the cost. We therefore had to stay in separate rooms.

Bonne adresse juste à côté de Thun
Pros:

C’était la deuxième fois que nous y passions une nuit. C’est une bonne adresse, confortable, bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ombragée. Très bien desservi par les bus.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas vraiment de personnel dédié à l’hôtel, c’est donc assez impersonnel.

Der italienische Flair in Verbindung mit dem Restaurant, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmerservice, Büvette am See ( ca. 250 m) entfernt,

Cons:

Hotel liegt an der Durchfahrtsstraße, war nachts dank der Klimaanlage nicht laut.

Pros:

Pascal und Karin sind einfach ein Super Gastgeber man fühlt sich einfach Wohl. Leckeres Essen mit passendem Wein, wurde von Karin uns empfolen zusätzlich hazten wir eine tolle Bedienung und ein schönes Ambiente. Wir geniessen es jedes Jahr vor vor den Thunerfestspielen hier zu übernachten und zu essen.

Teleurstellende klantenservice.
Pros:

Het is een net schoon hotel op een goede locatie.
Op loopafstand een supermarkt en een meer waar je in kunt zwemmen.

Cons:

Ik werd uitgenodigd mee te gaan naar Zwitserland. Degene die mij uitnodigde heeft geprobeerd zijn al bestaande boeking om te zetten naar 2 personen, eventueel tegen een meerprijs. Het hotel was zeer stug en ik heb uiteindelijk zelf een tweede eenpersoonskamer moeten boeken met een tweepersoonsbed voor een bedrag van 376 euro voor twee nachten. Bij aankomst was de houding laconiek en de medewerker wist direct dat wij twee aparte kamers hadden geboekt. Deze kamers bevonden zich ook nog eens direct tegenover elkaar. We hebben uiteindelijk samen op 1 kamer geslapen, omdat de airco luidrustig was zijn hebben we later nog van kamer gewisseld maar in de andere kamer was de airco even luid.
Bij het uitchecken was het rommelig. De medewerker wilde drankjes rekenen die we niet hadden afgenomen en verwisselde mij met een andere gast.
We hebben aan dit hotel een slecht gevoel over gehouden.
De klantgerichtheid was ver te zoeken.

Hotel parfait. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et climatisées. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le personnel est sympathique. Le lac est à 3 minutes a pied et il y a une ligne de bus a 50 metres. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Quiet location with free offstreet parking
Pros:

Comfortable hotel room, albeit quite small. Nice breakfast with eggs cooked to your liking. Very quiet location with free off street parking. Restaurant on-site. 2 minutes walk to the lake for relaxing/swimming. Bus stop outside for old town trips.
All staff were really friendly and helpful.
