It wasn’t value for money
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

There was no one at reception when we checked in. The key was just left there with a piece of paper. There is no elevator. So it’s tough if one has to carry the luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Rundum perfekt!

Das gesamte Erlebnis im „Italian Lifestyle Hotel & Osteria Chartreuse“ war von Anfang an perfekt. Der Online-Check-in nach der Buchung verlief völlig unkompliziert, gefolgt von einem sehr herzlichen Empfang bei der Ankunft. Auch im Restaurant, für das ich vorab reserviert hatte, war alles absolut „tipptopp“: Eine gut sortierte Speisen- und Weinkarte, die Qualität und Optik der Gerichte sowie die Weinempfehlung haben vollkommen überzeugt. Das Personal war angenehm unaufdringlich, aber jederzeit aufmerksam und ausgesprochen höflich. Ein rundum erstklassiger Service während des gesamten Aufenthalts – von mir gibt es definitiv zwei Daumen nach oben!

Due to the fact you are close to the lake and you have to open the windows , some flies will get into the rooms and you will have to open the fan.

Agréable séjour de 3 jours proche de la jolie ville de Thoune.
Pros:

Venus en octobre nous avons été reçus chaleureusement, le lendemain on nous gentiment changés de chambre à notre demande. On est très près du lac de Thoune où promenade et même baignade sont possibles. Petit déjeuner correct.

Bona elecció, hotel tranquil i amb aire acondicionat
Pros:

Molt ben situat. Davant del llac, on ens podíem banyar quan arribavem casats a la tarda.
Té servei de restaurant per sopar, amb vins italians.
Renovat i llits còmodes.
Vam tenir una bona estada, sobretot perquè van ser uns dies molt calorosos i hi havia aire condicionat, cosa excepcional a Suïssa.
