Madrid en el mejor Hotel con el mejor personal
Pros:

Toda la estancia estuvo excepcional. Tienen un personal de primera categoría. Cada una de las personas que ahí trabaja te conocen y te dan un trato individual espectacular. Un equipo joven y profesional. Destaco especialmente a la Concierge Paula y Guillermo. No puedo recordar todos los nombres pero todos eran muy amables. Volveré sin lugar a dudas!!

Good central Madrid hotel - would stay here again
Pros:

Good hotel for our three day stay in Madrid. Central location, so most of the main parts of the town were walkable. Gagage close to the hotel was a bonus. Breakfast was good

Pros:

The staff were amazing and made our stay an absolute pleasure. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and incredibly well appointed. Is a 10/10 from me!

We had a great meal at Lena organised by the hotel.Shopping was awesome and all staff very friendly
