Beautiful hotel, exceptional service - highly recommended.
Pros:

Everything. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We were upgraded and the room was excellent.
The staff were warm and welcoming and the location was great. A walk to the palace and to local restaurants. I cannot fault this hotel - worth staying here if you can.

Situation excellente, très proche du centre et des principaux centres d’intérêt, tous accessibles à pied. Emplacement calme. Personnel très professionnel.

Cons:

Le rooftop avec piscine et vue sur le palais royal est un plus appréciable, il est juste un peu exigu.

My next trip to Madrid will for sure be this hotel. I will also recommend it to anyone who asks.
Pros:

The entire stay was fantastic. This is one of the nicest hotels around. From the staff to the rooftop pool, it was perfect!
