Nice place to stay
Pros:

The location was good. We love the indoor pool and the breakfast selection is nice. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It can be a little loud from outside noises to hearing people in rooms above and next to your room.

Pros:

The staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. My children enjoyed the indoor pool.

Cons:

The location was a bit noisy at night. Not sure if it was traffic, construction, or the airport.

Not the best experience. Probably won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Typical hotel breakfast, not “southern style” like people mentioned. Beds were comfy. Gym was cleaner than my room!

Cons:

Hard to understand the front desk guy. My room was noticeably dirty - coffee spills, hair in bathroom, sticky fingerprints . Had to ask the front desk for the sofa bed and when we did he said “we don’t offer that service”?!? We asked a different lady later that night and she helped right away and delivered them to our room. She was very kind.

Pros:

Booked a double Queen,,was told they were all booked,gave me a king suite,
Not acceptable ,asked for a double Queen and was given a room
This is not management issue this was a booking problem and for 173.dollars. for
Holiday Inn it was a disappointment.
