Esperaba algo mejor
Pros:

Personal con excelente atención al cliente. Rudy Rafael excelente colaborador.

Cons:

Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 3 veces porque el aire acondicionado no trabajaba, luego de un apagón en la isla el wifi de mi piso dejó de funcionar.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena y el desayuno variado y bueno.

Cons:

El hotel para el precio que tiene necesita una reforma, las habitaciones huelen mucho a humedad y no están muy limpias, la ropa de cama está rasgada, la piscina es una charca. A lo que se añade la actitud de algunos empleados que no son nada simpáticos y son poco comunicativos. En definitiva, es un hotel demasiado caro para lo que ofrece.

A ÁGUA NO CHUVEIRO E NA PIA FALTAVA CONSTANTEMENTE, NAO SEI SE ERA PELO FATO DE ESTARMOS NO 11 ANDAR, PARECE QUE A AGUA NAO TINHA FORÇA SUFICIENTE PARA CHEGAR ATÉ O CHUVEIRO E A PIA, FICAVA UM BOM TEMPO CO O REGISTRO LIGADO, DEPOIS VINHA UM BARULHO ENORME DE AR E DEPOIS QUE SAIA A AGUA, MAS NO MEIO DO BANHO ACONTECIA NOVAMENTE. It is way overpriced for what you get, the room was supposed to have a view, but the windows are so dirty you can’t see it! When we arrived the shower wasn’t working and there was glass over the floor in the bathroom, it took several calls to get them to sort it out, after that the hot water wasn’t working and took ages to heat up! There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room and two tiny bottles of water which is poor considering how expensive the room was. I would also expect the staff to speak English if they are looking for international visitors.

Lugar tranquilo y buena ubicación también los desayunos de buena calidad

No hay actividades recreativas y el personal de recepción no entrega información de posibles Tours, y deriva al pasajero a una agencia, que en nuestro caso no fue buena experiencia.

No reserven este hotel, pueden cancelar tu estadía en cualquier momento

Le daríamos 0 si se pudiera. Hora antes de llegar, desde el hotel nos indicaron que no tenían disponibilidad, pese a que nuestra reserva fue realizada por Booking hace meses. Argumentaron que no había disponibilidad y que la habían cancelado, sin embargo, días después seguimos esperando respuesta, no se hacen cargo ni les interesa.

Además, nos inventaron que aires acondicionados estaban malos cuando en realidad no tenían disponibilidad, cero sinceridad ante el pasajero por último.

NO reserven este hotel porque no les interesan sus pasajeros.
Un servicio que realmente da pena.

O hotel é muito bom mas peca em coisas básicas como não fornecer toalhas.

Gostei das instalações do hotel. Muito embora fosse difícil acomodar as malas no quarto e não tivesse lugar para pendurar nossas roupas no banheiro quando íamos tomar banho.
O Café da manhã era muito bom.

Cons:

O hotel é muito bom mas peca em coisas básicas como não fornecer toalhas de banho, rosto e tapete do chão.
Já no primeiro dia quando chegamos às 22:00 hs não tinha toalhas no banheiro. Tive que ligar 3 vezes para a recepção. Na terceira ligação pediram para eu ir buscar as toalhas pois não tinham funcionários para levar ao quarto.
Assim foi durante toda a nossa estadia. Todos os dias chegávamos dos passeios e nada de toalhas.
A moça que limpava nosso andar dizia que as toalhas estavam lavando.
Mas, como assim, um hotel 4 estrelas não ter uma troca de toalhas. Aliás esse tipo de situação nunca me aconteceu em lugar algum.
Por fim, a nossa insistência atrás de toalhas foi tanta, que em um dos dias apenas arrumaram as camas de nosso quarto. Não limparam o chão do quarto e tampouco o banheiro, que estava cheio de areia do dia anterior.
Como se isso não fosse refletir aqui na hora da avaliação.
Eu indico o hotel pois tem ótimas instalações e um café maravilhoso. Mas quem for se hospedar lá que fique ciente desses perrengues com toalhas.
