Localização excelente, o hotel fica quase ao lado do Copacabana Palace
• Salle de bain moderne, avec un excellent pommeau de douche au plafond.
• Rooftop offrant une vue exceptionnelle.
• Petit-déjeuner excellent, très varié et renouvelé régulièrement.
• Restaurant de très bonne qualité.
• Salle de sport complète avec une magnifique vue.
• Literie très confortable
• Les ascenseurs : le principal point faible de l’hôtel. Ils sont souvent en panne et extrêmement lents. Attendre jusqu’à cinq minutes plusieurs fois par jour est très frustrant.
• La climatisation : elle souffle directement sur le lit, ce qui nous a obligés à l’éteindre chaque nuit.
• La piscine : beaucoup trop petite, davantage une pataugeoire qu’une véritable piscine.
• L’isolation phonique : les bruits du couloir s’entendent facilement dans la chambre.
• Le mini-bar : nous avons constaté trois prix différents pour le même produit (7 R$, 9 R$ puis 10 R$). L’hôtel a reconnu une erreur, sans la corriger ni proposer de geste commercial.
• Quelques détails : la poubelle de la salle de bain est très bruyante et le sèche-serviettes, placé dans la douche contre la porte en verre, mériterait d’être déplacé.

We loved staying in Porto Bay. The location, rooftop pool, restaurant, staff, breakfast- everything was just perfect. We would like to thank Alicia for the warm welcome, all the info about the area and for checking us in earlier. We’ll definitely come again!

La ubicación es muy buena, nuestra habitación era con vista lateral al mar y aún así se veía muy bien. El personal muy amable tanto del restaurante como de la recepción todos muy buenos. El recibimiento por parte del hotel también fue muy bueno y muy rápido.
Sentimos que el desayuno puede ser un poco más variado. Tambien, encontramos 2 cucarachas en el baño una un poco grande y la otra pequeña (aunque nunca vimos nada sucio). El ascensor toma muchísimo tiempo para llegar a los pisos.

יש בסביבות ה20 קומות ורק שני מעליות מה שמקשה מאוד בהתניידות בתוך המלון הגענו כמה פעמים למצב שאתה מחכה מעל 10 דקות למעלית שתגיע לקומה

La struttura è ottima, la camera è molto spaziosa e pulita.
Bellissima la vista dal rooftop.
Ottimo e molto sicuro il servizio spiaggia, con ombrelloni e sedie incluse, e maggiori controllo e sicurezza garantito dallo staff.
L’arredamento della camera è un po’ spoglio e sembra datato. È presente un solo comodino lato letto nonostante sia un king-size bed per 2 persone.
Vista l’assenza di acqua potabile al lavandino 1 bottiglia d’acqua in stanza complimentary sarebbe stata gradita
