Pros:

Boa localização, perto do metro, um pequeno café excelente a dois passos, terraço da piscina e sala do pequeno almoço com linda vista e boas opções de comida. Staff muito simpático.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos e zonas comuns deixa a desejar. Os quartos não são aspirados devidamente numa base diária, há cheiro a humidade nos corredores, e aspetos a carecer de manutenção tanto no mobiliário dos quartos como na zona da piscina e spa (ex. janelas, gavetas dos roupeiros partidas…). Pontos a melhorar para poder ser um hotel 100% recomendável.

Gut, wenn man sich nicht am Gebäudezustand stört

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausflugsangebote, tolle Cocktails auf der Rooftop Bar, in weiten teilen sehr nettes Personal

Check-in:
Die Dame an der Rezeption hat meinen Partner und mich gefragt, ob wir ein Pärchen oder Freunde seien, da wir uns Bett teilten. Als sich für sie herausstellte, dass wir ein homosexuelles Paar sind, folgten weitere indiskrete Fragen. Sie bemerkte u.a., dass wir aussergewöhnlich lange zusammen seien, da Homosexuelle ja nicht für lange Beziehungen bekannt seien...

Zimmer:
Ausblick wie beschrieben, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Dusche und das Bad allgemein benötigen eine Renovierung. Leider gab es auch Schimmel in der Dusche.
In dem Zimmer roch es wie in einem Zigarrenhumidor (feuchter Tabakgeruch) und unser Zimmer hatte eine nicht schalldichte Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Als der Herr nebenan morgens um 06 Uhr unter der Dusche begann zu singen, dachten wir kurz, er würde in unserem Zimmer unter der Dusche stehen. Auch Geräusche vom Gang sind lautstark wahrnehmbar.
Es hat uns zwar gestört, aber fairerweise haben wir uns auch nicht bei der Rezeption um einen Zimmerwechsel bemüht. Wer hat schon Lust darauf, nochmal seine Sachen zu packen...

Hotel allgemein:
Wirkte aus unserer Sicht insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Die beiden Aufzüge sind eng und gut besucht.

Overall the staff was great, location was great and the overall property was decent.
Pros:

Location, location, and the location. Walking distance to the beach. Literally right across the street from the beach. And good restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

The room had a lot of moisture buildup. It was pretty clean but you can tell it was a lot of little marks/scratches on the walls. The light in the shower was leaking water and the sink didn’t drain properly. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is decently priced and has a great location you should stay there. The room just wasn’t up to my standards. It was clean but had some cosmetic/maintenance issues.

Lo único es que cuando uno quiere hacer pago de terceros el hotel es poco flexible, cosa que en mi experiencia, fue un poco complicado porque el hospedaje era un regalo de bodas y al final no me quisieron realizar el débito directamente a mi, cosa que creo podría mejorar para otros usuarios, ya que al final es feo que sepan cuánto costó la habitación

Meu quarto só foi limpo 1x, depois de uma certa insistência. Tivemos que reutilizar toalhas sujas, pois não foram trocadas, mesmo após eu pedir. Café da manhã bem ok, mas pode melhorar. Apenas 2 elevadores que demoram bastante pela alta demanda. O ar condicionado não gelava
