Excelente hotel, ótimas instalações, equipe muito atenciosa. Adoramos o rooftop também, assim como as comidas e as bebidas.

Cons:

Infelizmente, não conseguimos desfrutar do café da manhã, começava 6h30 e tivemos que sair antes.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso, tudo de muita qualidade, a cada dia com itens diferentes. A vista para a praia de Copacabana é espetacular. O quarto é muito espaçoso, acomoda com bastante conforto um casal com criança.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo são os elevadores, bastante demorados.

A great base for exploring Rio

Fantastic view from the rooftop bar, excellent breakfast, great location

Cons:

The hotel cancelled booking of a room my husband booked for his daughter, the day before we were arriving. We were given two different explanations. The first one was that his card was invalid, but it wasn’t true. The second was that the name on the card was different from the person for whom the room was booked. They actually have the same last name. The hotel said they called my husband about the booking but he didn’t have any missed calls on his phone

Amazing, dazzling, unforgettable, beyond all expectations!
Pros:

I'd like to thank all the staff, some names I remember, that made my 55th birthday memorable: Wallace, Mario, Talis, Miguel, Alex, Larissa, and I am sorry if I do not remember the other names... This short stay, will remain unforgettable abd it went way beyond my expectations! Thank yoou all, for making that possible!

Ótima localização e vista, mas atenção ao barulho pela manhã
Pros:

Nossa experiência no Porto Bay foi muito boa. A localização é ótima, de frente para a praia de Copacabana com fácil acesso a pé a diversos restaurantes e bares na região. Sentimos que o policiamento na região é bom, o que nos passou segurança.

Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o mar, e a vista era excelente. O restaurante do hotel, La Finestra, é muito bom tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar, e o atendimento da equipe foi ótimo do início ao fim. Todo dia deixavam garrafas de água como cortesia na cabeceira da cama.

Cons:

A academia do hotel estava em reforma e não fomos avisados com antecedência. Só soubemos do convênio com uma academia da região na véspera do checkout.

Outro ponto é o barulho: por ficar em avenida movimentada e de frente para a praia, o quarto já não é muito silencioso. Além disso, em todos os dias da estadia, por volta das 7h, começava um barulho de móveis sendo arrastados que durava cerca de 1-2 horas. Não soubemos identificar se vinha do restaurante, da área de lazer na cobertura, da reforma da academia ou da limpeza. Para quem tem sono leve, é inevitável acordar com o barulho.
