Pros:

staff were lovely, great location
Own area on beach with chairs & umbrellas to use for free

Cons:

bed uncomfortable
lifts small and only 2 ,spent a long time waiting, as had a toddler with us ,stairs not that accessible to use

Lovely hotel with great stuff!
Pros:

Great stuff!
We were able to take a shower after we arrived before our room was ready. The top roof is lovely and the stuff are so kind and thoughtful- thank you!

Cons:

Even in the 11 floor you can still hear the street noise

Cons:

Die Suaberkeit im Badezimmer liess zu wünschen übrig- ebenso das Inventar im Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Für 160 Eur pro Nacht, muss so etwas einfach tadellos sein.

Una de las mejores opciones en Copacabana a precio razonable
Pros:

muy buena opción en la avenida Atlántica de Copacabana. habitaciones con vistas al mar, insonorizadas, tamaño bueno, baños muy buenos. personal muy acogedor y profesional.

Cons:

a veces la espera del ascensor.

A good hotel in Copacabana
Pros:

A high-quality hotel with friendly staff. The pool bar at the top is great. The breakfast was fantastic, while dinner a bit average. Room was fine, bed comfortable. The location is prime; righty next to the beach.

Cons:

Copacabana neighborhood was a bit of a disappointment as a compared to Ipanema (the next neighborhood). The beach looks great from distance, but with there was a lot of thrash and I even got noro virus from the beach showers. This is not the hotel's fault, but I wish I had known Ipanema is the real deal.

Pros:

It’s clean. Near the beach, loads of restaurants/shops nearby. Professional and lovely workers, especially Daniel. They are all very helpful and easy to communicate with. I will definitely be back
