コスパは悪い、ある意味勉強になった
Pros:

フロントスタッフの雰囲気や、対応は良かった

Cons:

建物自体がかなり古いというのも大きいとは思うが
フロントに向かうのに1階分ですか階段を降りないといけないのが自分的にキツかったです。
それから地震の影響ということですが
空調が故障しているとの事で卓上タイプの扇風機が設置されていましたが結構暑かったです。
あと部屋の中が玄関にひとつと卓上とベッドサイドに
1つづつしか照明がないのでかなり薄暗く窓も明り取りにはならないので寝に帰るだけなら問題ないかと思いますがそれなりに滞在するには向かないと思いました。

眠る為に使用したのですが、寝具が快適でなくよく眠れず、「残念」
Pros:

何よりロケーションがとてもよかったです。
部屋もビジネスにしてはゆったりしていて、どこも清潔に掃除されていいました。
。

Cons:

ロビーがあまり綺麗でないのが残念でした。ダブルベッドのシングルユースでゆったりしていましたが、掛け布団が湿っぽく快適ではありませんでした。
部屋は綺麗に掃除されていたのに、サーキュレーターが埃だらけだったのが残念でした。

Pros:

駅に近い

Cons:

少し不衛生。髪の毛やホコリが落ちていた。浴槽も濡れて少し気持ち悪かった。サーキュレーターのホコリもかなり気になった。電気が少ないのか部屋が暗かった。

Pros:

駅から近く、周りにお店も沢山あるので立地が良いです。
スタッフの方々もとても丁寧で安心して滞在できました。
コップや割り箸などのアメニティがありビジネス使用としてはとてもありがたかったです！

Cons:

2度泊まりましたが、1度目はとても清掃が行き届いており、部屋の古さはあるものの心地よく過ごせました。
2度目の部屋は洗面台に太い毛が落ちていたり、臭いがしていたので、部屋によって当たり外れがあるかもしれません。寝るだけが目的でしたら問題はないかと思います。

夏場でも無事に過ごせた
Pros:

駅近くでアクセス良き
エアコンが不調との事でしたが動いてはいて25.5℃位をキープできて真夏の東京であれば全然寝れる
サーキュレーターもあったので意外と快適

Cons:

浴槽が予想以上に狭かった

東京で6,300円ならしょうがない。
