Decent. I would do it again.
Pros:

Downtown location was great. Decent look.

Cons:

Surprise payment for open parking. Also, no control for the room temperature.

Pros:

Mary was so friendly and upbeat. Enjoyed our interactions with her. Room was so quiet. Easy location to get in and out of.

Cons:

It would be great if they could implement a shuttle service to events like ball games. Since Sybergs across the street closed, transportation is more complicated

It was better than a Motel 6 in many ways but you expect to be dissappointed at a Motel 6,
Pros:

The room was nice, the AC worked well. The shower was great and there were adequate towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and good access to the highway,

Cons:

The pillows were of poor quality. I was under the impression from the listing on the booking website that breakfast was included, it wasn't. I had to pay to park in the lot in front of the hotel. I needed to make a change to my reservation but was notable to contact the property directly. They have outsourced reservations and I had to cancel and re-book my reservations to make the changes I needed to. When I tried to call, after several minutes of dealing with a really useless BOT, I got a human who's accent was so thick I could not understand it. We were there for 2 nights, the maid service did nothing in our room after our first night.
