Location and lobby
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, the air conditioner had been turned off, and the bedroom had a very strong musty/moldy smell. We tried airing out the room and keeping the AC running, but the odor remained throughout our stay.
We asked to switch rooms, but the front desk explained that the hotel was completely booked due to the holiday, so that wasn’t an option. While I understand that being fully booked limited what they could do, the condition of the room was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel addresses the mold or moisture issue so future guests don’t have the same experience.
The bathroom had also some stains near the toilet that could be wiped off, doesn’t exactly what it was.

The rooms are spacious, which was the best part of the stay. However, only parts of the room looked remodeled, while the rest felt outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, the room didn't meet my expectations.
Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The bathroom had mold, and my bed sheets had stains on them. It also looked like the room hadn't been vacuumed before we arrived. The toilet paper felt damp, as if it had gotten wet and then dried.
I requested extra towels, but they were never delivered. The staff also never informed us about the breakfast hours, so we missed it.

That i didn't like is that one staff member did not forward over my findings on the room we stayed. No call was done after my stay.
The check-in was good the room was clean
The air conditioning made a loud noise could not be turned off we could not sleep, reported it they could not fix it they could not give us another room they were sold out I have not yet got my refund they said was approved

No supervisor in weekend. The walls so thin you can heard people have sex. I have kids listening to that noise.
