Good price, easy parking, good breakfast
Light plugged into wrong socket for switch, false eyelashes stuck to bathroom doorframe, and toilet seat loose on toilet. Toilet paper far away from toilet.
The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was simple, but great.
As for the facilities, it was quite disappointing. None of the fire pits worked and the outside furniture was dirty.
The rooms, were dark and dingy with stained carpets. We found bed bugs which was horrifying and the day we checked out they cemented right in front of our room!

Spacious room and good breakfast, also swimming area is nice.
Staff/pm female dark-haired mngr were impatient and not guest-centered at check-in. Facility and room was surprisingly worn and room carpet markedly stained.

Location is great, quite close to Orange County beaches. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast was acceptable. Considering we paid around $100 per night during Labor Day weekend, I think we received very good value for what we paid. Free parking was also a nice bonus.
One downside is that housekeeping does not automatically service the room unless you specifically request it the day before. We asked on the same day, and to their credit, the staff were very accommodating and still arranged for someone to come and clean the room.
It’s a good quality hotel for that price
Just that’s the carpet is a little dirty and need change. The rest is all good
Amamos el hotel
I think for the price for the executive king room, it was a good deal. It is my second time going to this location and I liked the AC is strong and that there are two TVs, one for the bed and one for the couch. The bathroom is nice with a large mirror and it has the anti-steam on it, the shower has good pressure, and clean room. The executive king room is spacious and I like that there is a small table/desk where my boyfriend and I can eat at as well as a large fridge to store our food and drinks.
There was nothing that made me not like it.

The air conditioning was not functioning. TV was not working, and I had a bit of a stingy smell. The beds were not that comfortable.

The location and cleanliness of the the hotel.
From the start we had problems with the tv volume not working. Then the middle of the night going number one in the toilet just for the toilet not to flush and start backing up. In the morning we tried to go get breakfast and the door knob fell off so my husband went through the window until someone could come fix it because the door wouldn’t open
