Cons:

Il bagno: un pò buio e piccolo. I lavandini all'interno della camera non sono stati proprio di mio gradimento. Forma scomoda e luce troppo a ridosso del lavandino.

Pros:

Colazione completa, buffet ben strutturato e plus le uova cotte al momento dallo chef . Personale gentile .Piscina bella e Roof top bellissimo .

Cons:

Sicuramente non è un classico 5 stelle per come è strutturato il personale , un po ‘ scarso all’arrivo per mancanza del facchino . Siamo stati in piscina sul roof top e durante la permanenza non è mai arrivato nessuno a chiederci se volessimo qualcosa dal bar .E corridoi non climatizzati

Emozionante weekend lungo a Formentera
Pros:

Si tratta di un lussuoso hotel in ottima posizione, dal design molto particolare e avveniristico, linee sinuose, spazi curvilinei, forme creative, arredamenti originali, colori piacevoli e il molto gradevole tema ricorrente dei fiori. Lo staff è estremamente gentile e molto amichevole, la zona piscina piacevolissima e la colazione gustosa, abbondante e ben diversificata. Le camere sono molto spaziose e la pulizia sempre rapida e impeccabile. C'è anche una palestra con spa e la terrazza è splendida, molto grande, con una vista meravigliosa e una suggestiva piscina a sfioro, perfetta per aperitivi al tramonto. Impeccabile anche il servizio in camera, a qualunque ora.

Cons:

In un hotel a 5 stelle di questo livello e costo, è inammissibile l'assenza del frigobar. Ciò che sembra esserlo è in realtà, come mi è stato spiegato, un semplice elettrodomestico che si limita a tenere le bevande a pochissimi gradi sotto la temperatura ambiente, il che preclude la possibilità di bere acqua e bevande fredde, o anche conservare al freddo medicinali che lo necessitano. Quanto all'acqua, la dotazione gratuita a persona dovrebbe essere più generosa (una bottiglietta in due è poco). Infine il prezzo: l'hotel merita sicuramente una tariffa alta, ma i quasi 700€/notte che ho pagato sono eccessivi.

Overall a pleasant stay but very far off the high ticket price of the stay.
Pros:

The hotel was nice with lovely decor and location.

Cons:

We booked the room with a jacuzzi but when we arrived and tried to use it the jacuzzi was broken so we had to wait for repair men to come and fix it.

I waited 45 minutes for an omelette and despite chasing it several times had to leave for the airport without any breakfast.

There was a big sign up promoting five flowers world cup on a big screen but when going to watch it the room was locked and no tv, hence no football.

There was a sign up stating that the rooftop bar closed at 8pm every night which was disappointing and so we found dinner elsewhere but upon returning around 10.30pm we saw the lights were on up there so went up for a drink and people were eating dinner which we would have liked to do. Apparently the kitchen closes at 10.30pm not 8pm.

The bathroom in the room looked lovely but were impractical to use the sinks.

Staff were friendly but often slow and inattentive.

The restaurants at the bar only served snack food rather than meals.
