The staff goes above and beyond!
Pros:

The unique decor and the staff that couldn't help you enough! From the moment you stepped out of the taxi to the moment you got into leave they were amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and aware of special occasions too. They made their guests feel special. The hotel is extremely lucky to have such a team of dedicated professionals working for them !

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Hotel molto bello ma male organizzato per essere un 5 stelle
Pros:

Struttura moderna e in buona posizione anche se non proprio sul mare ( circa 300metti) molto belle le camere all’ultimo piano con terrazza e vasca idromassaghio sul tetto. Bella anche la piscina al quinto piano.

Cons:

La manca di organizzazione nella gestione della colazione e dei servizi al bar ristorante. Quando arrivi a colazione devi trovarti il tavolo da solo; in un cinque stelle ti dovrebbero chiedere il numero di caverà accompagnarti al tavolo e prendere l’ordine . I camerieri anche se bravi erano troppi pochi e soprattutto mancavano bicchieri e tazze e succhi frutta e yogurt con i poveri camerieri che dovevano lavate in continuazione le tazze e i bicchieri ( che arrivavano caldissimi) e le persone in fila che aspettavano le tazze ustionanti. Questo può essere un particolare ma significativo perché con
Un minimo investimento ridicolo in tazze e bicchieri youhurt e spremute di frutta si potrebbero liberare i camerieri per servire ai tavoli e migliorerebbe molto l’intero servizio. Stessa cosa per gli ascensori basterebbe dividere tra ascensori di servizio per il personale e quelli (2 funzionano) per gli ospiti; che invece trovano l’ascensore quasi sempre occupato; in una settimana l’avrò preso 5 volte ed avevano la camera all’ultimo piano.
Le camere Sky molto bella ma senza bidet e con i lavandini direttamente in camera.

Pros:

Loved the hotel! The public areas, rooms, decor all in keeping with the vibe of the hotel. Quirky and luxurious.

Cons:

A breakfast menu would be helpful. One of my group ordered an eggs benedict which was not correct when it arrived. But everything else we had was good. Good selection out in the breakfast room.

Great location and staff were excellent

Cons:

Decor was a little tired. Breakfast and food could be better for a 5 star hotel - the rooftop is lovely but we didn't eat or drink up there once because of the options. The arrival drink wasn't very nice. Sinks in the room were strange and the lights directly above made them hard to use.

Pros:

Nos sentimos como en casa. El personal, un 10, siempre dispuestos a facilitarte todo. La playa es muy cómoda, está a 200 metros caminando, pequeñita y agradable. Las instalaciones del hotel, estupendas. Todo un 10. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas.

Amazing! Love this place!
Pros:

Myself and my daughter love the staff at this hotel; Javi, Eva, Antonio & David all super friendly and Jenny, Valentina, Francesca, and Anjy. (Not sure of the spelling!) The staff really make it a special place - can’t wait to come back x

Cons:

The only thing was the pool not opening until 11. When you have a little one and she’s awake at 7! But it’s a minor thing x
