Pros:

Positives, lovely run hotel with 2 pools, small gym and spa. We had half board, breakfast was excellent, but the evening meal choice was not so good. Paid extra for evening meals in their Taverna Restaurant (which is better) Location great and other restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

Our room was a junior suite, bathroom set up very strange, no privacy for showering and using the sink. Shower very slippery.

Pros:

Mir hat die Einrichtung des Zimmers sehr gut gefallen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und fein.

Cons:

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wünschte ich mir einen schöneren Ausblick vom Balkon.

Το parking είναι αρκετά σκοτεινό και χρειάζεται προσοχή. Ο χώρος μοιάζει με στενή λωρίδα και από τη μία πλευρά υπάρχει υψομετρική διαφορά, καθώς από κάτω καταλήγει σε χωράφι. Επειδή ο φωτισμός δεν βοηθάει πολύ, αν κάποιος δεν το προσέξει, υπάρχει κίνδυνος να μην αντιληφθεί έγκαιρα το σημείο.

Bel hôtel, très bon accueil
Pros:

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport et très accessible, parking gratuit juste à côté. Très bien desservi par les bus pour aller à Héraklion pour pas cher. La chambre était parfaite et le personnel très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable par sa diversité. La taverne juste à côté est bien pratique.

Wonderful holiday , lovely staff .
Pros:

We had a fabulous experience at the hotel. Staff were all great, friendly, professional. Especially the lifeguard who was there everyday and nothing was too much trouble. Also need to give special mention to Elina, Kiki and the lads behind the bar of an evening who all made us feel welcome and last but not least Anna on reception who was always happy to help with any information required.
An extra special mention to Maria in the spa who gave us a fantastic body massage at the start of our holiday and was around every day .
Lots of love the Liverpool ladies xxxx

Comfortable Hotel, Friendly Staff and Amazing Massages
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Petousis Hotel & Suites. The hotel is very comfortable, peaceful and beautifully maintained. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the location is nice and quiet while still being convenient for exploring the area.

Our family room was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were cleaned very well, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern and welcoming.

The food was also very good, with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. What really made our stay extra special was the kindness of the staff. Everyone at the reception and throughout the hotel was incredibly friendly, helpful and always willing to assist us. They also helped us with renting a car and gave us great recommendations for beautiful towns and places to visit around Crete.

We also really enjoyed the spa. Maria gave us two amazing massages during our stay, and our daughters loved the chocolate mask treatment. Maria is truly excellent at what she does — very professional, relaxing massages and such a warm person. We even wanted to come back again just for another massage because she has such great hands!

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Crete. We would happily come back again!

Love this hotel !!!
Pros:

This hotel is amazing!! Location is perfect - 5mins walk to hop on hop off bus into town, 5mins to beach, 1mins bars/restaurants/shops.
Got a massage by Maria she was amazing and so friendly too. All the staff at this hotel are so welcoming and friendly.

Mooi hotel, aardig personeel
Pros:

Zeer mooie hotel, nette kamers, mooi zwembad. Vlakbij het strand. Prima ontbijt. Fijn als je dichtbij luchthaven een mooi hotel zoekt.

Cons:

In de omgeving is niet veel te doen op loopafstand.

Pros:

Maria’s massage is very very nice. We tried the 10mins massage and then we had to book a full deep tissue massage. As promised, it was strong and deep relaxing but also therapeutic for me and my friend( we are dancers)!
