Pros:

The staff were friendly and it was conveniently close to historic Savannah. We just needed somewhere to crash on our way back from Flordia to TN.

Cons:

Room 323. Fridge was dirty, food debris on shelves and the blue chair in the corner was filthy... black mold in bathroom too. Yikes.

Satisfactory.
Pros:

Great staff. Hotel condition matches the price, but no problem - clean and comfortable enough. Parking is good. Access to nearby restaurants also good.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimalist and plates are expanded polystyrene with plastic cutlery. Coffee machine is very basic.

The lobby was nice.

Cons:

I had reserved three rooms. The single suite was okay. The other two rooms were terrible. In my room the carpet was dirty and sticky in places. The bath tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in about a week. The paint in the bath room was scratched up and so was the door. My third room where four other members of my family stayed was terrible also. Again the bath room looked like it had been cleaned in a week. The carpet was dirty and sticky places. There was all so hair all over the room and and in the bathroom. Then on top of all this they gave some strange a key to the room and they walked in on my family at 5 in the morning scaring the crap out of everybody.
