Pros:

Location and staff were great

Cons:

Room needed attention big stains on carpets and carpets were old and lifting. Patio also needs cleaning.

Nice location, not super quite rooms though
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel in the right next to CBD, everything is just 5-10 min walking distance.

Cons:

I expected it to be pretty quiet as most of the reviews did say that it was a quiet place, however, maybe it was just my room but the windows were facing the street and I could hear the noise from the street.

Great stay - would stay here again. Great location with lots of Restaurants/bars close by

Cons:

TV wouldn't work for the first night, but lady came and sorted it so we could mirror screen, as they had an issue with the TV for the whole hotel. So we were very happy we could watch something.

Excellent Location and Very Comfortable Room.
Pros:

Excellent location. Hotel was close to everything that we wanted to do on our stay. The room was excellent, very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The TV wasn't working, which we were informed of on check-in, but not a major issue as we were out most of the day and evenings.

Great location and stay for attending a wedding.
Pros:

Stayed here for a wedding with the wedding venue and reception in very close proximity to the hotel. The bed and pillows were good for me, but hubby would have preferred less soft pillows. The shower was nice and big, ample room for our needs over the weekend. Location was perfect. Ironing facilities in the room and nice wardrobe.

Cons:

Shower water pressure was too low for my liking, but at least the water stayed nice and hot. Balcony was tiny and overlooked apartments and offices, but I didnt need it so not really important to me.
