Location was perfect
We could not get the heater to work and the room was quite cool over night.
The Tv had a chromecast and instructions to connect to your phone- however there was no phone reception (with Telstra), therefore free to air was the only option.
Shower pressure was terrible.
The Juliet balcony was looking straight into the open window of an apartment only 3 meters away.
Very central, nice room and far away from Main Street thus traffic; really nice cafe with good coffee and pastries - for enjoying at the cafe or take away
I was soaked during heavy rain shower and not possible to hang & dry clothes; even for the towels after a shower and there was no shelf close to the sink, everything needed to be stored in a shelf behind the mirror, thus you had to open & close the doors. It look all really need but not really practical
房間非常乾淨,浴室空間也很好 ,位置很安靜
冷氣出風口的水流聲過於大聲
容易影響睡眠
The bed was insanely comfortable. Like, insanely.
Close to the theatre district and lots of food and drinking options around. Worth the $150 we paid for the room.
We booked a king room with a Juliette style balcony. The balcony faced literally a wall which was soooo disappointing. We wouldn’t have picked one if we knew as what is the point.
The bathroom very dated with rusty tiles.
At best location
All good. No issues
The staff were extraordinarily kind and allowed me a complimentary late check-out, which I really appreciated. They also accommodated my requests very thoughtfully. The location is perfect, right next to some amazing cafés like Cobb Lane, where you can get great cinnamon rolls. It is also within walking distance of most sights and main areas.
N.A.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Parking was a bit of a pain. That’s really my only complaint. To get the best deal on parking you had to walk a half mile or more to use the garage that the hotel partners with.
Great location
Zero flexibility with the staff and bookings, and rooms are VERY small.
