Really great location, walking distance to trains/trams/buses, walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars. Easy walk to Chinatown and surrounding areas, it is on a laneway not a busy road so not too noisy, perfect location, would stay here again! Room was comfortable, felt secure, good temperature control, nice mattress.
Our room backed on to an alley way, which was okay, but not great for views and made the room quite dark with little natural light. Doesn't matter too much if you are not spending much time in the room!
It was great value for what is provided. Great location for what I needed. Close to QV and other great eating/drinking venues.
It has everything you need to just sleep there.
The shower was ok, but the water pressure is a little on the light side. It was a little difficult to get the temperature right too. Its either extremely hot or extremely cold. It was because of the tap fixture im assuming.
More than 2 towels would of been helpful too.
We used the 2 at night but then we couldn't use them again the next morning, as they were still wet.

Excellent location. Close proximity to the theatre district of Melbourne. Just on the outskirts of Chinatown which has numerous eating places to choose from. Many other restaurants nearby. Close to public transport (cityloop and trams).

Great location, spacious room, very friendly staff, 24/7 reception, bed was overall comfy (although a bit hard for our liking, but some people might appreciate that!).
Insanely cold in the bathroom, we had a balcony with a view into the building next door (so, would have rather more room space instead of an unusable balcony). We had to log in manually to the WiFi every time we came back to the hotel. The laundry room could use some upkeep, but nothing crazy.
How central it was and how comfortable it is.
The parking place we were sent to was incredibly tight. The big black windows in the bathroom were very bizzar.
Staff were super friendly, especially with a flexible checkin.
