The hotel is in a convenient location, close to supermarkets and a small shopping center. The surrounding area felt safe, and there is free parking available, which was a big plus. 🅿️
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A $125 deposit was required at check-in, but we received the refund the day after check-out, which was very efficient. 👍
The hotel and its facilities are a little dated. The room has carpeted flooring, and there was a slight musty smell and some humidity in the room. We also noticed a few mosquitoes. 🦟 The room does have a hair dryer and a refrigerator, but there is no microwave. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, so it is not well ventilated.
The room lights are motion-activated, so when you go to the bathroom at night, the hallway lights turn on automatically.

Close to the freeway, shopping, and restaurants.
There were ants in my restroom, and no microwave in the room. Also cleaning services were only provided upon request and they took a while to respond.
Fascility and ambiance

I liked the pool. It was large, decent, and the fire pit was nice. I didn’t go in because it was too cold for me but my son who doesn’t care loved it. It did feel heated I just prefer jacuzzis. It was pet friendly and I have one which was primarily why we booked this location. Staff were extremely friendly, nice, and accommodating. I give staff 10/10 even though the facility I wouldn’t.
I didn’t like how the rooms smelled. Staff even tried to give us another room and it’s like this muskey smell. I also found mold in the painting. As well as on the curtains. We would have left if it wasn’t hard to find pet friendly hotels. The bed and towels felt clean but it felt like a smoke room even the fact that the facility is smoke free. Again, it may be mold or old carpets. For the price, it was very overpriced compared to similar places I stayed without those issues and free breakfast. To have to pay for breakfast here, coffee is only available for a short amount of time, and there wasn’t a microwave in the room causing us to spend more than I’d normally like.
