The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a good size shower.
The compressor directly below my window was quite noisy and ran on & off through the night.
The bathroom was a little cramped as the toilet was too close to the shower.
Just what’s needed for a quick visit.
The evening meal and breakfast were really good. Friendly service
Lovely outside space and plenty of seating
Curtains in room needed attention and hanging back up.
Some areas need a refresh of paint.
Fan needed replacement
Room was lovely and spacious it was hot but fans were provided
Nothing
The staff

Supoerb breakfast.
Road noise not noticeable in the day but a problem overnight as stopped trafic at trafic lights on a busy junction.,radio noise!
Ideal location to get to the Bristol Balloon Fiesta Ashton Court.
A room over the back would have suited us better.
Location, dining area, and staff were lovely.
We had a lovely room but it was a bit too small for us.
Clean and fit for purpose
Stairs but in future ground floor is available
The history associated with a traditional pub.
The proximity to a road & traffic lights junction, meant vehicle noises were heard all night.
Location was great for our visits during the stay, which was why it was chosen by ourselves. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable but looked like it could do with a paint in places, but overall a very pleasant stay.
The room was very hot, a fan was provided but wasn't sufficient, but I realise this was due to the unusually hot spell of weather we had whilst staying
Close to M5. Nice beer garden. Big room. Good evening meal
Carpets a bit grubby
