The history associated with a traditional pub.
The proximity to a road & traffic lights junction,meant vehicle noises were heard all night.
Location was great for our visits during the stay, which was why it was chosen by ourselves. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable but looked like it could do with a paint in places, but overall a very pleasant stay.
The room was very hot, a fan was provided but wasn't sufficient, but I realise this was due to the unusually hot spell of weather we had whilst staying

Location not ideal being on a busy road but bedroom was comfortable. Hospitality tray was excellent.
Very nice hotel. We stayed in a few other hotels in the area at a.similar price, but this hotel was by far the best.

Nothing worth highlighting
It was in a good location for our needs, staff were exceptionally helpful.
Unfortunately our room was roadside, and the noise of the road disturbed our sleep. We would use the Congresbury Arms again but would request a room facing the garden rather.
