According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
If both or one of the parents are absent and are not staying with the minor, it is necessary to submit authorization for lodging done in person and signed by both parents or by the parent who is absent. This document must be notarized at the time of check-in.

The Staff were nice and kind and I received good service overall.
The restaurant downstairs felt busy and perhaps food was good too. Did not try however.

I rarely give bad reviews and I feel this one is justified mainly because of the expectation I had. So much publicity around this hotel and it feels like a fraud really.
4 stars hotel? Definitely not!
Here is why:
Only 2 lifts. One did not work and the one which worked was too busy! I took the emergency stairs eventually going down many floors! So much old furniture and even a mattress were trashed there! Yikes..
The room was very small, no place to open the suitcase! Sink was next to the bed outside the small shower room. I felt I am sleeping in a hostel! Not hotel..!!!
The rooftop pool was a joke! Very small and old, nobody was there either.
The kitchen is next to the lifts to the rooms so the waiters and food is always busy around the area. You are about to bump into them..
Room design was just basic. Worse than basic!
Price? Expensive!!! I stayed in other hotels and paid almost same amount and received x10 more for my money! I made such a terrible mistake booking this hotel mainly because it was expensive and no value for my money.
I am very sorry to give such review but beware, it is not supposed to be in luxury online guides!

The cleaning ladies kept making noise outside the room from 6am onwards and woke us up every day

The location is great. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is real friendly. I liked that the hotel offers bike rental and beach chairs. Breakfast was great!
The rooftop and pool were closed which was very disappointing. Did not get the free meal promised in compensation. A bit pricey for a room with a view on a wall.

Le prime due notti in una camera primo piano sulla strada … allucinante, comunque le camere sono meno che IKEA . Bagno micro , lavabo in camera
Cambio camera dopo due giorni , vista mare ma per il resto tutto come l’altra … molto IKEA e lavabo in camera.
Due giorni prima della partenza messaggio su whatsapp nel pomeriggio… cambio camera … ma chi lo sapeva , nessuno ci aveva avvisato
Colazione veramente misera , tutto da ordinare , pane tostato gommoso , yogurt sciolti nei barattoli forse fatti da loro … e tanto di più
Poi l’incredibile ma vero alla partenza non si erano accorti che già avevo pagato il soggiorno… io distratto ripago , dopo leggo il conto e c’erano circa 2.500€ che non dovevo .
Loro con una risatina e scuse stornano e mi ridanno i soldi …. Meno male che mi sono accorto di questo imbroglio !!!!!
