The Arrive Hotel is Amazing!!
Pros:

We stayed at the Arrive Austin celebrating some friends wedding anniversary and we had a blast! Not only is the hotel located in the perfect spot for bar hopping, clubs, and food, but it has its own restaurant that has a club vibe as well. Good bites, music and fantastic spanish wines. You literally don't even need a car while there, just walk to where you want to go. Everyone was so nice at this hotel especially the front desk manager Nafees Kahn who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing! We will be back for sure and Thanks again Mr. Kahn for all the help!!

Yes we have ARRIVE!
Pros:

Arrive - Austin downtown is Amazing Place to stay! We have stayed a couple of times due to rhe location and the wonderful 5 Star 🌟 Staff, Nafees Kahn worked his hospitality skills, thanks alot for your patience and guided information on the hot spots and workout meet ups. Now Alex the Wine 🍷 Sommelier, Nerologist and Connoisseur All Wrapped up in one! Alex you gave us an experience about the selection of wines we hadn't received so Yes we will be back oh Yeah we purchased the Torremoron Tempranillo Red a must buy.

Amazing service!
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel. Loved the decor and amenities. The front desk employees were also incredibly hospitable and kind. I would definitely come back again. The location also made this a wonderful stay, close to bars and restaurants.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Arrive Austin from July 10 to July 12. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team welcomed me with genuine warmth and positive energy. They clearly explained all of the benefits included with my reservation and made it clear they were available if I needed anything throughout my stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and fresh, and the entire property had a great atmosphere. I also loved the dining options. The restaurant on-site was excellent, and Lefty’s, just around the corner and part of the hotel, was fantastic. It was a great bonus that food and beverages from Lefty’s were included as part of my stay benefits.

The valet team, management, and every staff member I interacted with were courteous, attentive, and professional. Everyone treated me with respect and paid close attention to every detail, making the experience feel seamless from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend Arrive Austin and would gladly stay here again.

Pros:

Such a Zen property. An oasis in the desert. The open first floor is cool and classy, the bar reels you in. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Love the walk in shower! It was so hot in Texas we used it a few times every day.

Comfort and Experience
Pros:

My fiance and I stayed at ARRIVE AUSTIN 7/3 -7/5 and we loved it. The room was clean, staff was excellent with great customer service. Mr. Nafees Kahn at the front desk is a sweetheart and made us feel very welcomed. We will be returning back in September for labor weekend.
Worth every penny.

I wish I booked somewhere else.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel like it was false advertising in terms of amenities. I booked a double room with two beds for two guests. It came with 3 towels, two hand towels, a broken dryer, peeling wallpaper, and hard beds that are too short. My feet would hang off and i’m under 5’5. This hotel comes off as greedy and money hungry. I got there and waited nearly 30 minutes for valet after driving 8 hours. The valet was quick when i was checking out, but reeked of weed. The elevator system was annoying and did not work half the time. The walls were thin, i could hear everything. No FREE water in the room at all. After charging me nearly 1000 for the whole stay, i do feel like free water SHOULD BE PROVIDED. I absolute hated my stay here.

6th Street Pad to explore East Austin.
Pros:

Great location on 6th Street, large, beautifully designed room, comfortable bed & a great shower.

Cons:

Our room was directly overlooking a bar which made it noisy until late at the weekends. Fortunately we were fairly nocturnal so it was manageable, and not really a problem for us.

Amazing
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in Austin.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made our experience special was the outstanding customer service. Kahn, the hotel manager, went above and beyond during our stay. We were in town celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and he took the time to help make sure we had a birthday cake for her special day. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help did not go unnoticed.

It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about making guests feel welcome, and Kahn truly made our stay memorable. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday weekend so special. We can’t wait to come back!

Sehr zufrieden würde wieder herkommen!
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist Top ausgestattet, geräumig und bequem. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die Lage hätte ebenfalls für mich nicht besser sein können daher bin ich 100% zufrieden

Cons:

Manchmal war spät abends laute musik zu hören hat mich aber persönlich nicht schlimm gestört.
