After stressful situation trying unsuccessfully to correct a mistake with Expedia, the hotel manager Nafees, at Arrive Austin went above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers. We have always loved our dog friendly stays with Arrive, but Nafees careful attention to detail, and customer first approach has made us permanent repeat visitors. Thank you so much Nafees, and staff for making us feel welcome and appreciated.

Beautifully-designed hotel. I didn't want to leave! Nafees, the front desk manager, was kind enough to bring a hot coffee to my room (life saving) and sent me on my way with a complimentary bottle of water. Little things like that felt so special and attentive, especially traveling solo. I can't wait to return!

Fantastic experience. Beautiful minimalist hotel but still very warm and next-level. Wonderful staff. Cool neighborhood. Perfect antidote to downtown Austin. Highly recommend.

This was my 3rd time staying at Arrive Austin. The hotel is in a hip area, surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The hotel has a nice vibe and fills all my needs. The best part was being greeted every time by a friendly staff! Special shoutout to Nafees at the front desk for being the friendly face and welcoming smile every time I left and came back, It felt like coming home! Thanks Arrive and Nafees, I’ll be back!

All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, responding promptly to all our requests. They checked in to ensure we were having a pleasant time in town and at the hotel. The room was very charming with comfortable beds. We were offered a room on the quieter side of the hotel, which was a great choice as night life is pretty active on the 6th Street side. The natural lighting was a big plus and the bathroom amenities offered were amazing. There are plenty of things to explore in the area, and the atmosphere is vibrant. Lots of quick food options close by. The value is good, although valet parking is the only option for hotel parking, aside from street parking. I wasn’t fully prepared for that or the $100 deposit per night that they take at check-in. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Austin.

Our stay at Arrive was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff.

Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. When I mentioned that we were in town for our wedding, the team went above and beyond by decorating our room for the occasion. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made an already exciting time feel even more memorable.

The attention to detail and level of care we received throughout our stay exceeded all expectations. It’s clear that the staff at Arrive take great pride in creating meaningful experiences for their guests. We felt celebrated, welcomed, and cared for every step of the way.

Great boutique hotel at a reasonable price with clean, spacious rooms, and friendly, accommodating staff located right in the heart of hip East Austin. Walking distance to everything East 6th has to offer from restaurants, bars and music venues. Despite the proximity to several popular late night bars, noise level at night was at a minimum and barely noticeable even though we had a street facing room. Staff was very accommodating about late check out and also offered 2pm and 5pm check out for a reasonable add-on price (subject to availability) which is great if you have an evening flight. There is also a hospitality suite (bathroom and shower) if one needed to shower before flight but had already checked out earlier. Has become my stay of choice when visiting the city.

The Arrive hotel is a boutique style hotel with a modern but Austin feel. The room was spacious but had a lot of concrete and wasn't the most comfy vibe. The bed was super comfortable though. The service was great and the two restaurants were great. We opted for a room that was a bit louder and it was definitely loud. The restaurant Lefty's always had something going on which was cool but just led the room to be loud at all hours. The room was clean and I liked the location. You're steps away from east 6th street which was super cool and a different vibe than downtown or SoCo. Overall I really liked my stay and if I were to stay in East 6th again I'd stay here.

Outstanding service and attention to detail in a contemporary, industrial-inspired interior. Can't say enough about the staff and their 24/7 commitment to our comfort and experience in East Austin. If you want to stay in a location with an artistic vibe, thriving food scene, and immediate proximity to downtown, this is it. A great spot for those looking to explore the food, art, and the vintage shop scene in Austin.

Nafees ensured an excellent experience for my wedding night. I received champagne in the suite, and a very kind note. It was a very memorable experience. Highly recommend 10/10

Booked this hotel last minute to escape a poorly maintained airbnb. Check in was easy and our room was huge! Mini bar was well stocked snd all the snacks you could want(for a fee) right in our room. The staff were friendly, Dasha and I think Amir? Sorry if those are wrong spellings. We had plenty of space for 4 gals to spread out. We loved the corner 70’s style table and the beds were comfy with good linens. You are RIGHT in the action of 6th street, making it walkable and easy. Not one complaint! A bit noisy, but we were just as noisy on a weekend. Five stars

The Hotel is very stylish and comfortable. The room and bathroom are modern and generous in size. The service at the front desk is great, especially the young man, whose name I forgot, was super helpful and gave us a number of very good tips.
Try the vermouth flight at the bar.

Tiny suggestion: do provide a water kettle or tea/coffee maker in the room.

The location is different than what I'm accustomed to. however I liked it! It's a different vibe. I would consider it a millennial vibe and I'm 70 years young! I love the simplicity yet old school setting of the rooms! Simple yet chic, nothing over the top, however, very comfortable, very eclectic and I like that. Sometimes super elegance is not always what you want when you're traveling, however this Boutique Hotel gave the feel of being taken care of well! My stay was part of the American Express Hotel Collection and the amenities were excellent all the way down to the valet parking and the assistants were amazing!

From the time we pulled up to checking in to walking into our room, we were amazed. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the extras all made this stay one to remember.
