The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made our experience special was the outstanding customer service. Kahn, the hotel manager, went above and beyond during our stay. We were in town celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and he took the time to help make sure we had a birthday cake for her special day. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help did not go unnoticed.

It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about making guests feel welcome, and Kahn truly made our stay memorable. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday weekend so special. We can’t wait to come back!

Arrive Hotel was absolutely incredible — easily the best hotel experience we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Nafees was phenomenal and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.

The valet team was fantastic, making arrivals and departures seamless, and the drinks at the bar were amazing. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of.

I stayed at the Arrive in Austin this past weekend for my son's wedding. I can't say enough good things about Nafees and his staff!! The hotel is amazing and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Nafees and his staff went out of their way to make this wedding weekend a success. They were there to help with anything I needed from hauling wedding supplies to and from my car and making sure we had everything to make our stay more comfortable. Regardless who was at the desk we were always greeted with a smile and can I help you with anything today. The valet staff was awesome as well. There were a few times we forgot items in our car but that was not an issue the valets were " sure we can help you get that" . It is in a very central location and located near some good restaurants and coffee shops. I will stay here again on my next trip to Austin.

I had a great experience at Arrive Austin! The atmosphere was amazing, the property was well maintained, and the staff made everything easy and enjoyable. The photos of the room online do not do the space justice, the studio was HUGE. The bed was comfy. I stayed in room 418 and it was lovely and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful

Friendly staff and great hotel. Conveniently located in Austin with plenty of breweries, bars, restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is also right next to bike path which gives you access to the rest of the city. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Arrive Austin. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. The hotel room was nice, clean, and well-maintained, and I had no issues during my stay.

The on-site restaurants were very convenient and offered good food, including breakfast options. The bar was packed at night with lots of people, creating a lively atmosphere. Another plus was the price, which was lower than many of the other hotels located on 6th Street.

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located on 6th Street, so the music and nightlife can be quite loud, especially in the evenings. However, you can still sleep comfortably depending on where your room is located. If you’re close to the bar, expect more noise, while rooms farther away tend to be much quieter. If you’re looking for a quieter stay and aren’t interested in the party scene, it’s worth keeping this in mind when booking.

Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

Nice spacious room. Very “young” feel to the hotel and more generally for the location with fun bars and restaurants across the street or one block away.

Dasha, Makaylah and Bella were on point. The valet was dope, also cheap and the food service was incredible. See u soon
