Really lovwlr hotel that smells spectacular. Friendly helpful staff with a lovely bar and restaurant
Pros:

Friendly staff and every thing we requested was dealt with quickly . Biscuits and water every day a nice touch and the bar area very nice

Room needs more cupboard space and pillows very soft

Pros:

The entire hotel was spotlessly clean.
All staff we met were incredibly helpful. Sophie on reception was sublime - very friendly and gave us the perfect restaurant recommendation once she knew what food we were after - we got a fantastic welcome from her

Lovely, wholesome weekend
Pros:

Brilliant, lovely staff and good facilities. Hotel is in a great location - only a short distance to the town centre and attractions.

Cons:

Car parking, the only negative - it would be good if there were some vouchers available or discounts at closeby car parks... We had a bigger BMW SUV and some of the car parks would not have been suitable so had to park at a nearby Euro Car Parks for 24 hrs.

Overall we did have a nice stay. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Breakfast did let it down though.
Pros:

The decor was lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable seating/beds. Lovely smell throughout the property and very clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Limited options on the à la carte menu and couldn’t mix or match items from this menu.
The breakfast buffet was also very basic. The food was lukewarm at best. Limited options for the continental breakfast. Sausage and bacon was poor quality.
Parking too far away.
