Great hotel if you’re thinking of staying in Chester, would 100% visit again.
Pros:

Very central less than 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants etc in the centre. Very clean and overall very nice hotel in general. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, we even got gifted a drink each from the bar due it being our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Bedroom was lovely and breakfast was a real treat- lots to chose from. Staff great.

Fabulous staff!
Pros:

Amazingly helpful staff who went above and beyond.
Sophie went out of her way to help us when an issue (nothing to do with the hotel) occurred.

Perfect stay, spacious room, HUGE balcony, comfy bed!
Pros:

We stayed in The Grosvenor room which was spacious, had a huge corner balcony with a stunning view of Chester, really comfy bed, big shower room, coffee machine etc! Loved the decor too.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Excellent location to explore Chester on foot. Very comfortable room.

Cons:

If you are traveling by car there is no on site parking but that's pretty much for most of the hotels in the city

Great location, fabulous staff
Pros:

Excellent location. Superior room was disappointing as it didn’t have a window to look out of (it was frosted). Staff very friendly and happy to go above and beyond for us. Very accommodating, moved us to a room with a large window for our second night!

Cons:

Lack of immediate parking but easy access to local car park
