Pros:

Huge room with direct access for the dog. Well sound proofed given the proximity of the train line (however we were downstairs at that back and could still hear it). Great on site restaurant.

Cons:

Staff interactions were varied. At points felt chaotic and disorganised, during meal, multiple times my allergy was ignored and information was not passed/non-existent.

Amazing location. Great rooms and view, we looked up at the castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English which was great since our German is not great.

Mooi hotel. Prima personeel. Hotel ligt op 10 meter van treinbaan en deze rijden dag en nacht. Dubbele ramen om geluid te dempenonduidel

Cons:

Onduidelijkheid in betaling. Liep via Booking, maar moest alsnog ter plekke afrekenen.
