Pros:

The location was amazing with lots of affordable restaurants as it was located right across sasazuka station (literally 1 stop away from shinjuku station on the keio line. About a 5 min ride). Because if the convenient location we were able to get to tourist heavy places like shibuya in sub 20 min with the train. Also after long days its very nice. It's right above a lawson with grocery stores across the street too. The kitchen + grocery stores help if you have dietary restrictions or food allergies like our group did.

Cons:

Lower floors have some train noises at night but you can zone them out. If you are taller than 5 foot 8 inches... you might hit your head on doorframes. The rooms are a good height though. We had a friend who was 6 foot 3 inches with us and he did fine. Had a group of 4 but you are only allowed 2 keys.

Excellent stay and great value for money
Pros:

Very clean, right by the train station(only 1 stop to Shinjuku), lots of restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and a mall nearby.

Pros:

perfect location. Just outside Sasazuka station. Easily conneced by trains to other parts of Tokyo. Rooms maintained well. Smooth check in and check out. 7/11, Lawson and grocery stores are located next to the hotel.

Cons:

nothing to dislike. A suggestion would be to keep more cooking pots so it will be helpful for people who prefer to cook during stay.

Great if you don't need much space.
Pros:

Clean. Almost there except a few items. Mentioned in what I didn't like.

Cons:

Can't open any window or glass panels.
No full mirror
No place to dry our clean clothes after washing

Great place. I highly recommend this place. You don’t need breakfast to be included as there’s so many restaurants nearb
Pros:

The staffs were very friendly. The location was superb!! A great start to our holiday. Everywhere was nearby. You had great food, cafes, shopping mall. Everything is just a stone’s throw away. Even the Sasazuka train station was easily accessible.

Cons:

A bit difficult to find when we first arrived as we came by private hire (courtesy of Booking.com - thank you!!). If by train, it’s nearby the Sasazuka station exit.

Loved it.
Pros:

The place is clean, with a small kitchen and various supermarkets around. Conveniently right next to Sasazuka station. Quiet neighborhood. Nice staff who helped me fill in my form for luggage transfer.

Cons:

Would have loved to have access to the balcony

Great location for first time visiting Tokyo.
Pros:

Great location with a very clean bathroom.

Cons:

Wish they had a thinner blanket for the bed and stiffer pillow options. It was a little warm for the thick blanket they had for that time of year
