Hôtel bien situé avec piscine
Pros:

Hôtel à 10-15 minutes de l’hypercentre et de la plage, avec piscine. Literie de qualité. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Propreté pas optimale et traces d’usure surtout dans la salle de bain. On pourrait attendre mieux d’un 4 étoiles. On entend les portes claquer dans le couloir.

Loved this hotel
Pros:

Staff very welcoming. Not sure of the background but gave the impression of a family run hotel. Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable

Cons:

Rooms a little small but this in no way affected our stay and it's the onky negative I could think of.

Pros:

Hotel céntrico, cómodo y limpio. Viaje con mi perro y tuvieron el detalle de prepararle una cama para él, un bebedero y hasta un par de mordedores. Son increíbles.

het zwembad was mooi en nett

Cons:

heel kleine kamers. De poetsvrouw kwam zeggen dat ze geen tijd had onze kamer te poetsen

Prima locatie in Biarritz. De kwaliteit van het zogenaamde 4 sterren hotel is slecht

de locatie t.o.v. het centrum en de kust; een zwembad

Cons:

er was geen warm water; personeel was niet bereid daar iets aan te doen; pas bij dreigen niet te betalen voor een kamer zonder warm water werd een installateur geregeld. Kamer veel te klein voor een zgn. 4 sterren hotel; je kan niet fatsoenlijk om het bed heenlopen. Personeel is niet vriendelijk, niet servicegericht, niet bekwaam.

Pros:

Muy cómodo. Piscina a super buena temperatura. Buen desayuno.
Me alojé con perro y parque para perros super cercano.

Cons:

En general me gustó todo, es verdad que fin de semana de septiembre, los precios son algo elevados y la calidad-precio no es la mejor.
Pero sigue siendo una gran elección. Repetiría.

Decepcionante para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas salvo el servicio de desayuno
Pros:

La atención en el servicio de desayuno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones pequeñas, sucias, durante la semana de la estancia no limpiaban la habitación, se limitaban a tapar la cama y a poner toallas limpias. No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas sino de tres, necesita una reforma. Y la terraza, si se puede llamar terraza a un habitáculo tan pequeña sucia, sucia.
