Great boutique hotel in Biarritz
Pros:

.We had a wonderful stay at hotel Jules Verne. The theme is lovely. Rooms are small but the beds, bedding and pillows were so comfy. Shower was fantastic. Plenty of towels. Very quiet at night.
All of the staff we met were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Maybe could have been a little more variety but everything was tasty and fresh. We loved the self made pancakes and fried eggs.
The pool area was very nice and the big grey fluffy towels were lonely. Bus stop around the corner to the airport is great and proximity to city and beach

Cons:

The rooms are a little small but we knew this before we arrived. One morning our daughter had oats with her breakfast and there were so bugs in the jar but this was swiftly rectified and an apology.
In the accessible rooms the wet room system is good but the water goes everywhere.

Un séjour trop court dans un hôtel où le personnel était exceptionnellement souriant et accueillant
Pros:

Nous avons adoré loger dans l’appartement qui bénéficie d’une très belle terrasse. Il est très spacieux, bien équipé. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner était bon, sans excès comme dans d’autres hôtels qui proposent énormément de produits

Le petit déjeuner pourrait peut-être être amélioré par un peu de légumes et de poisson fumé

Lovely hotel with a clean, well run friendly feel.
Pros:

Interconnected runs worked well for the four of us, 2 adults 2 kids. Pool and gym are nice. Breakfast relaxed and a good selection.

Leuk thema hotel net een prima zwembad en kleine gym. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Badkamer had weinig privacy vanwege slechts een dunne glazen schuifdeur die de badkamer afsloot van de rest van de hotelkamer.
