Hospedaje con muy buena infraestructura, pero detalles en el Servicio que son fáciles de resolver

Excelente servicio de desayuno. Muy bueno el SPA y su servicio de masajes, y su piscina externa. Muy próximo al centro de Villa General Belgrano (se puede ir caminando)

Cons:

El agua de los grifos no es potable, y el hotel no ofrecía alternativas para los huéspedes: hubo que ir al Super a comprar agua. En el restaurant, para cenar, debes anticipar lo que vas a comer a las 19 hs, para que puedan llegar a las 20:45 hs. En la suite, la kitchenette estaba muy carente de utensilios como servilletas de papel, recipientes para usar el microondas. Check out definido a las 10am. La tercera cama en las habitaciones, es minúscula. Internet va y viene, pero cuando funciona, funciona bien (no puedes hacer reuniones de trabajo)

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación, tiene servicio de SPA el cual es excelente. La atención del lugar fue muy buena, el desayuno muy completo, y comer en el restaurante del hotel fue una gran experiencia!

Cons:

Pedí un late check out para un lunes de marzo, siendo que uno de los huéspedes cumplia años, y me quisieron cobrar lo mismo que por lo que salío la noche entera. Siendo cumpleaños y sabiendolo, ni una Fanta ofrecieron.
