Se escucha el ruido de los pasillos y había raciones vecinas dentro de la habitación, falta pintura, acabados, aseo, no hay agua caliente, el desayuno insuficiente y el precio exactamente igual que uno de los mejores hoteles de Ibague pero ni comparación

El desayuno, tiene variedad pero la temperatura es frio...lo que le quita puntos. Solo es mantener una buena temperatura a los alimentos y mejora.

La atención del personal excelente muy amables y estuvieron prestos a lo que necesitamos, el equipo de cafetería también nos ayudaron mucho con el tema del desayuno ya que debíamos salir temprano, las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas y la habitación es cómoda y amplia, recomiendó este hotel 10/10.
