Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta
El personal amable y atentos
Las camas en muy mal estado, colcohes viejos con hoyos en donde no pudimos descansar muy bien
La habitación olía mucho a drenaje y aunque la chica de recepción le puso cloro y aromatizante al baño y coladeras... el aroma venía de algun lugar

Ubicación. A 3 minutos del Zócalo de Puebla.
Amplia habitación.

Cons:

Sin ascensor, mobiliario podría mejorar: silla a nivel del escritorio, ganchos para colgar toallas, black out de puerta de habitación. La iluminación externa de pasillo se cuela durante la noche a través del cristal traslúcido de la puerta. Cama 7/10 de comodidad.

El cuarto tiene lo necesario para tener una agradable estancia, la cama es muy cómoda y amplia. Todo limpio. Regadera bien. El ruido de la calle es normal, es lo que esperas por quedarte en un lugar así, en general muy recomendable y me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Cons:

Aunque funcional, las apps de la smart TV no funcionaban correctamente. Y algunas luces del cuarto funcionan con sensor, pero, hubo una que nunca se apagaba y puede afectar al dormir.

Pros:

La ubicación muy cercana al centro.

Cons:

Es muy caliente el lugar, sin ventilación
Y no cuenta con refrigerador para guardar medicamentos.
Específicamente insulina, otras veces me he hospedado en otros hoteles y he podido guardar en su refrigerador sin problema alguno.

Mala experiencia

La ubicacion

Cons:

Las camas "dobles" eran queen, muy incomodas para dos (y no lo aclaraba), nuestro dormitorio daba a la calle y el ruido toda la noche fue tan intenso que no pudimos dormir, la luz del baño tenia un sensor de movimiento que prendia la luz y el extractor de noche despertando a todos. Nos fuimos una noche antes.
