The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station.

The main entrance on the ground floor is closed between 23:00 (midnight) and 07:00 in the morning. Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor during those hours.

It was beautiful and the staff was exceptionally friendly and utmost professional; they helped us make reservations for services and took care of us.

When I am not here I wish I was.
Pros:

I love this hotel. It is in a perfect location - very accessible to transportation, great restaurants and still has a beautiful river walk right outside. The staff are excellent and always ready to assist you with anything you might need. Once you stay here you will always compare others using this as the standard to live up to.

リーズナブルな価格で泊まれた。スタッフが皆さん親切だった。大阪駅までシャトルバスが出ているが、電車の駅は少し離れている。閑静な公園の前にあり、景色は綺麗。

Magnifique Hotel à Osaka
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique à Osaka, les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, décorées avec gout, propres, tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Ma chambre avait une vue sur la rivière et les alentours. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) était exceptionnel, les produits frais, la présentation, le gout, rien à redire !

Het aanbod in de lounge is zeer goed, en ook het ontbijt is uitgebreid en van hoge kwaliteit.

Met restaurants, een trein station en Osaka Castle op loopafstand is de locatie prima. Tevens is er een gratis shuttle service naar Osaka Station.
