The fitness center including a swimming pool, public bath and sauna is available for an additional fee per entry. To use the fitness center, guests must be 18 years and older.

The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station.

The main entrance on the ground floor is closed between 23:00 (midnight) and 07:00 in the morning. Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor during those hours.
Breakfast for children over 4 years is provided for an additional fee.

Children age of 12 or under and for guests other than overnight guests are not allowed to enter 23rd Floor Exective lounge" Imperial Floor Lounge".An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

チェックアウト時、次のバスは40分発で1階との事、10分前から待合所で待つが来る気配なし、ここで待って正解か聞きたかったが辺りには誰1人スタッフはいない。待機のタクシーも無い。結局40分のバスは来ず、予定よりチェックアウトを早めたが、無駄な時間だった
リバーサイドの部屋でロケーションは最高でした。
浴槽の仕切りカ－テンから生乾き臭がした。

Tout s’est très bien passé mais le petit-déjeuner ne m’a pas semblé à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel. Pas de jus de fruits frais, de café autre que le café américain, des confitures dans des dosettes individuelles sous opercule, bref des produits de qualité assez moyennes.
The pool was excellent as well as sauna. The staff was very professional. The hotel possess the traditions of hotel from the old days, which was very pleasant.
