Photo identification and credit card used at the time of booking are required upon check-in.
The name on the photo identification presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation.

The fitness center including a swimming pool, public bath and sauna is available for an additional fee per entry. To use the fitness center, guests must be 18 years and older.

Please note, the fitness center is closed on the third Tuesday of each month due to facility maintenance.

The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station.

The main entrance on the ground floor is closed between 23:00 (midnight) and 07:00 in the morning. Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor during those hours.

Breakfast for children over 4 years is provided for an additional fee.

Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.

Children age of 12 or under and for guests other than overnight guests are not allowed to enter 23rd Floor Exective lounge" Imperial Floor Lounge".An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Pros:

ラウンジからの景色（夕暮れから夜に入ってい良く時間帯での景色）を見ながら寛ぐ時間が私たちにとって必要な時間です。今回も充実した時間を持つことが出来ました。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

インペリアルフロアで、シティービューをお願いしていましたが、今まで利用した方向ではなく非常にがっかりしました。電話で確認した時は、シティービューとのことでしたが、いつも利用している梅田方面のビル群を見ながらの時間を持つことが出来ませんでした。若干部屋も小さく感じ残念なOFFの時間となりました。

Pros:

スタッフの方は、丁寧でした。
連泊でしたが、部屋の整え方も素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

検討いただきたいのが、飲み物用のスティックシュガーを2つから4つにしてもらえたらいいです。紅茶やコーヒ－を飲む際に数が足りませんでした。
些細な事ですがお願いしたいです。
