The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station.

The main entrance on the ground floor is closed between 23:00 (midnight) and 07:00 in the morning. Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor during those hours.
Breakfast for children over 4 years is provided for an additional fee.
Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.
Children age of 12 or under and for guests other than overnight guests are not allowed to enter 23rd Floor Exective lounge" Imperial Floor Lounge".An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Very nice and helpful staff. Area around there a little"dead", but less crowded, and 30 minute walk or subway ride to the poplur areas. The rooms were good size, comfortable beds, facilities were great (but for an extra fee), and the staff was extremely kind and quick to help. Highly recommend. View of the river is great, must be extra beautiful during the Cherry Blossom season.

Her positive attitude and warm personality made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, and her kindness and professionalism really stood out.
