Heerlijke locatie aan het meer en goed te bereiken met de metro.
Niets, alles was goed
Le personnel était super, la propreté des chambres avec le libre service aux petites attentions.
La proximité du Lac Léman et la vue sur l'hotel magnifique à côté.
Le tarif du stationnement est très cher par jour.
The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing. Overall very happy.
Brunch: had to run after staff to get a coffee cup, a refill of certain items even though it was only 9-9h30.
Swimming pool: lack of attendance. Patrons would leave dirty/used towels and glasses etc from orders at poolside by the pool for hours. Never enough towels. At one point boys from outside of hotel came and "crashed" pool (Sunday 28/06 at around 14h30-15h00). A more constant attendance would be appreciated to make sure the tranquility that we came for was respected. Also maybe add more poolside/chairside tables. I think there were only 4 for around 25 chairs.

Clean and spacious room.
We were given a modern room in a separate building at the back of the hotel. Not what is advertised on the website. I chose the hotel because of the character of the old main building. Disappointed with our stay, also expensive breakfasts so ate out locally.
