L'hotel est très bien situé et calme. La chambre est spacieuse avec une jolie vue. La proximité du lac est un vrai plus.

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, just like my own home. It had everything I needed. The location right by the lake was absolutely perfect.
Although I had informed them in advance that I needed an early check-in, when I arrived on the day of my reservation, I was told that it could not be guaranteed and that I would have to wait. They later offered me the first room that became available, but charged me an extra fee for it. Since I needed to get ready quickly for a wedding, I had no choice but to pay it. Overall, I found the total price I paid for just one night quite expensive.
Reception and all staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay here! The hotel was clean and had everything you needed.
Location was great and the free transport card provided by the region was ideal with the metro being so close!
Swimming in the lake was a highlight and also the relaxing vibes around the pool was lovely :)
Would highly recommend this hotel and the area, location was close to everything!
Parking was expensive at 30 CHF per day, we found cheaper parking just down the road for 8 CHF per day!
Obviously paying for the car to be close and in a secure underground carpark is ideal but we found the other car park was fine and only a short walk away….
La situation et la déco de la chambre, le personnel de la réception très pro
Bruinant, chambre sous le toit avec peu de lumière alors que nous avions booké une chambre avec vue sur le lac… il fallait monter des escaliers pour voir le lac par des petites fenêtres!
Au restaurant, certains serveurs commençaient déjà a souffler et faire du bruit a 22h pour faire partir les clients. Le matin le buffet était un peu mince et l‘omelette était en supplément … vu le prix du petit déjeuner… pas très sérieux! En plus on a attendu 25 minutes avant que quelqu’un prenne la commande …
Le bâtiment un peu triste dans les parties communes! Pas très propre quant aux cages d‘escaliers etc… et vieux! Pas très entretenu… il faudrait renover!

El hotel es bueno, las habitaciones cómodas, el servicio es muy bueno y el desayuno también lo es. La ubicación cómoda y están muy bien comunicado
Hay algo que debería advertirse, no hay elevadores para clientes y los accesos a los edificios para personas con dificultades de movimiento, aunque sean temporales, son complicados.

Great view, good bed
Nightmare when I got there, I had heavy suitcases and they refused to let me enter through the front door where the restaurant is, insisting I lug the bags up a huge flight of stairs, then squeeze my bags through this tiny turnstile door in reception, nobody offered to help me and I was exhausted. I find out the next day that I could have gone in through the front and there was a lift right there.
