Pros:

everything about this property was perfect . clean and fresh and good vibes. located in the centre of the Porto. near to everything. the view from the window is very nice. also staff was very friendly. they helped us to check-in in the middle of the night. i’m very thankful for this. also they leave treats for us which was very kind and sweet. we like everything about this place. also facilities worked perfectly. Ac ,wifi, tv, hair dryer, refrigerator is working great and coffee machine is so good. Thank you for your service.

Je recommande ce logement même si quelques travaux d’entretien sont à prévoir.
Pros:

L’emplacement de cet appartement est idéal pour visiter Porto. Le logement est de très bonne taille pour deux personnes sur plusieurs jours et n’est pas bruyant. La décoration est moderne et très agréable. L’équipement de la cuisine est suffisant et bien rangé. La literie est confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et très agréable.

Cons:

Nous regrettons le manque d’entretien: pas de joints au carrelage de sol de la sdb, placard de la sdb en mauvais état, poignée de porte de la sdb qui s’arrache complètement. La cuisine était très propre mais la vaisselle du haut accessible uniquement en montant sur un tabouret ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Aussi nous ne pouvions pas marcher pieds nus sans nous salir les pieds.

Well located

Cons:

Noise noise noise... the type of floor and walls ... gosh...you can hear everything for other apartments and the floor is so noise that is like dinossaurs are walking over your head. The door to enter is comolicated and there is no lockers to leave luggage in case you needes it. You will nos sleep here. Bed is very small for a couple. Toillete for a tall person is a challenge.

Le personnel était aimable, la localisation est très bien

L'insonorisation des appartements est à revoir complètement !!! Nous n'avons pas pu dormir car les personnes logées au 4ème étage faisaient un bruit atroce rien qu'en marchant. Je ne leur attribue pas le dérangement, je l'attribue a qualité déplorable de la construction du plancher qui grince à chaque pas. L'amabilité du personnel ne compense pas le manque de sommeil malheureusement. Ne réservez ici seulement si vous ne comptiez pas dormir

Very good location to explorer Porto walking and using public transportation.
Pros:

Location. Easy access from Airport using Metro/Subway. Bolhão station is very close to the Olive Nature Apartments, walking over Santa Catarina street.
Also due to its central location anyone can explorer the traditional places walking.

Cons:

Honestly nothing. The build is old, but renovated. Don’t compare it to new locations.
