The Oriental Jade Hotel

This hotel had the most amazing service-the best service in town. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Mr. Brian Do, the manager, and many others were a highlight. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and especially top service. We look forward to visiting again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night, 4-day stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, bars, spas, and nail salons. The neighborhood felt very safe, and I was comfortable walking around on my own.

One of our favorite features was the rooftop, where we enjoyed the beautiful views while relaxing with a cold beer and a light snack before dinner. The food at the hotel was so good that we never felt the need to venture out and try other local restaurants.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to offer helpful recommendations for shopping and local attractions. We stayed in a connecting double room, which was perfect for our family of four. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities including bathrobes, slippers, complimentary daily bottled water, and fresh fruit delivered to the room.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would gladly stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Wonderful location, very central for all the sights. The room and bathroom were fab. So clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. Bottled water everyday 👍 Staff so very helpful. The roof top pool and view was perfect.

There is truly no better location in the Old Quarter than the Oriental Jade. The rooms are clean, cosy, and quiet, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle outside.

I absolutely loved the foyer area and the styling throughout the hotel - just stunning.

Finally, the service… WOW. This is where the Oriental Jade exceeds 5 stars. I cannot praise the team enough. From the friendly greetings in the foyer, where the door was never left for us to open ourselves, to the lovely morning greetings at breakfast - a special shout-out to Blair for always making sure we were okay.

The spa was also incredible. Don’t even bother using the street massages - trust me, just go downstairs to the hotel spa. You will not be disappointed.

The rooftop pool was gorgeous, and the view… oh my gosh, absolutely the best.

What really made our stay special, however, was the genuine warmth of the staff. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and you could tell they genuinely cared about their guests. Even when it was time for us to leave, several team members came out to say goodbye, waving as we departed and looking genuinely sad to see us go. It was such a sweet and heartfelt gesture that perfectly summed up the exceptional hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.

I cannot fault this hotel. Do not hesitate to book your stay here - you will love it. The Oriental Jade has set a new benchmark for service, and we will most certainly be back. Miss you all xx

The front desk team was outstanding—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making every meal enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the service was impressively quick without ever making us feel rushed.

We were also so impressed with the housekeeping team. They were consistently polite, kind, and thorough, keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel is located in a prefect place. All the staff are more than kind ,they are caring, making sure your experience will be more than prefect. I will not only recommend this hotel to others but will definitely come back the next time I am in Vietnam. On the first day we met Jolene looking for a day trip, not only did she help us chose the most amazing trips but also made sure to check the weather and suggested which day would be more suitable for each one and boy did she get it right. More than that anything we asked her help with she was right there to assist us even on her private phone which is not obvious at all. Generally all the staff and I mean all of them were always checking to make sure that we had everything we needed to make sure our vacation and stay were nothing more than amazing!

This hotel is small and well appointed with a great rooftop pool and bar, a great breakfast buffet, and amazing staff. I hope to go back soon!
