The Oriental Jade Hotel

I had a short 6 day stay and I enjoyed the experience and comfort in this hotel.
The breakfast was fresh and had a variety of food. The customer service and hotel reception were always very helpful, very kind and generous. The rooms are spacious and contain all amenities. The roof top bar and pool has amazing views. Thank you for your hospitality. The hotel is located on the Old quarter next to all the shops and busy streets.

We 3 friends stayed at this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel is. Very friendly welcome on check-in and detailed explanation of everything in the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, not huge, good beds and bedding. The rooftop pool is quite small, but amazing views and the restaurant/bar on that floor is a nice place to hang out, though the food was a bit ordinary.
It is odd that the food up there isn't great, as the breakfast buffet was excellent with a superb choice of western and eastern cuisine and super helpful staff.
Lastly, we each had a massage at the in-house spa and whilst more expensive than those outside the hotel, the massage was great and in a luxurious setting.

The location is fantastic

This is one of the best experiences we’ve had at a hotel. Amazing hospitality and service. It was my birthday so they had prepared our room with flower petals, a cake and a bottle of wine. The staff were very attentive and efficient and the location in the old quarter was close to all attractions. Lovely pool area overlooking the lake as well as a great gym on the 11th floor, well equipped with great views.
Great breakfast with both Asian and western style dishes. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this hotel.

This boutique Hotel was amazing, and its location was perfect for walking to many of Hanoi's highlights. The staff were exceptional, providing us with places to visit ad the easiest directions to follow. All the staff were friendly, courteous, caring and supported my husband and receptive to him and his needs in such a professional way It was genuinely a pleasure to experience this top level of hospitality.
Our rooms were clean and quiet. Amenities provided catered for all the needs one would want. Thank you for your exceptional hotel, staff and service.Highly recommend.

The Oriental Jade Hotel & Spa provided us with an absolutely flawless stay in Hanoi. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for.

When they noticed we had booked two separate rooms, they proactively upgraded us to a beautiful family suite so we could stay together—a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our trip. They even graciously extended our checkout time to accommodate our schedule.

We so much enjoyed our stay and when we are back in Hanoi we will book this hotel again. Had such a fantastic experience here. The service was really excellent, and we quite enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. The room was also perfect and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Top to bottom I felt like I got a very good value on this stay.

My mum and I had a fantastic stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. The central location was absolutely perfect — everything in Hanoi’s Old Quarter felt so close and easy to explore, with great cafes, restaurants and the lake just moments away.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed throughout our stay. The rooftop pool and bar were a real highlight — such a beautiful place to relax after a busy day exploring Hanoi, with amazing views across the city.

The hotel itself felt luxurious, comfortable and peaceful despite being right in the heart of everything. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Awesome stay at Oriental Jade. Great location for exploring prime spots of Hanoi. Best part is the responsive and helpful staff. Delighted with the hospitality.

I was there twice during my trip to Hanoi. First with 12 other people and then went back on my own on my return from the Halong bay cruise because it was an amazing hotel. The staff went out of their way. Friendliest and most helpful I have ever seen. Bed was so comfortable. The room was super clean and everything worked great. My first room didn’t have a great view and the second time had a spectacular view of the cathedral. Beautiful modern rooms. Used the spa which was AMAZING. The rooftop pool is spectacular with a view of the lake and a rooftop bar/restaurant. Not huge but so well situated. I would absolutely stay here again in my next trip and highly recommend the oriental Jade.

This was just an overnight on a business trip, but my 2nd time to the Oriental Jade, and that was on purpose. The staff really treat you as a 5 star guest, from the welcome drink on the sofa at check in all the way to standing at your taxi on the way out to wave you goodbye.

There is so much to do in the immediate area and you really are in the heart of the old town, which is busy and quite loud. Heading into the hotel gives you a feeling of calm and tranquility.

The rooms are not huge but beautifully appointed, very comfortable and the airconditioner is extremely efficient. Soundproofing is great if you keep the windows closed. There is no iron or ironing board in the room but you can ask for one of needed. Everything is clean and well maintained.

The breakfast selection is vast and you have choices all the way from a full hot breakfast to a few desserts too.....all were delicious. Great rooftop bar with a view over the surrounding area, friendly staff and cold drinks.....which is needed in May!
