Best stay ever in Hanoi
Pros:

Presidential Suite was fantastic and the staff could not have better. From arrival to departure (they actually came to the curbside to wish us well) they could not do enough to please us. Breakfast was fantastic as well.

Amazing hotel in Hanoi.
Pros:

A wonderful stay in the heart of Hanoi
Pros:

We had a truly lovely stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel, and it absolutely lived up to its excellent reviews and rating.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, yet tucked away on a surprisingly quiet street. Our room was very comfortable and pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality.

What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help. A special mention to Elena, who always greeted us with the biggest smile, whatever the time of day, and had a wonderful way of making us feel truly welcome and appreciated. And a big thank you to Jonathan, who was always ready to help us with tour bookings, recommendations and anything else we needed.

The hotel also very kindly offered us our taxi transfer back to the airport, which was a lovely final touch and perfectly reflected the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.

Excellent location, lovely staff and genuine Vietnamese hospitality. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend The Oriental Jade to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Pros:

Hi. I highly recommend the Oriental Jade hotel. The staff are superb. They are highly professional and also very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
