Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good. Not a lot of choices. Only one cereal. Coffee, juice, milk. Bread and waffles. The butter was frozen, so you couldn't use it on your toast or your waffle. And only one jelly/jam flavor.

First room and stay good, 2nd room and stay not so good. Nighttime manager is cool and a hard worker

Comfort of Bed. It had no bugs in the room

Cons:

Elevator broken. According to staff, it happens often. There is an ice machine on the second floor that is broken with an "Out of Order" Sign on it. The only other ice machine broke the first day of my stay. The hotel has plenty of guests. I would say 80%. So, they are making money and run on short staffing, so the $ is rolling in. So, why the broken elevator and ice machines? I stayed last week in a much nicer room. The room I got on this visit was far from nice. The curtains had missing areas from a dog clawing at them. The exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. There was some trash on the floor, and less than half a roll of toilet paper. All else was OK.
