The NH Geneva Airport hotel offers a free airport shuttle service every 30 minutes (in case of delay, please call the hotel). Please note the following schedule for the shuttle service: from 05:50 to 15:50 every 30 minutes from 16:00 to 23:40 every 30 minutes.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the hotel was fully renovated in June 2023.

Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of CHF 25 per pet per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Please note that as a standard, your room will be cleaned after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, just let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Close to scam artists.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. It is a good location to the airport and the free shuttle (despite being overbooked) is a nice touch.

Cons:

I booked and paid for this hotel through booking.com. I paid at the time of booking. On arrival at the hotel I was asked to pay approximately 4CHF for city taxes. What I didn’t realise is that they also charged me the hotel room again, on top of the booking.com charge. I was not told this was going to happen and it did not come up on the card machine when I put my card in. I have complained to the hotel who has informed me they take a ‘security payment’ at the time of check in and it should be refunded when I left. I am now a week on and still no refund. I am disgusted that this has happened. I strongly recommend you choose somewhere else.

L'emplacement et le confort

Cons:

Le fait qu'on promène le chien le soir la nuit dans le restaurant, ça laisse une odeur qui n'est pas supportable par ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude d'avoir des chiens autour d'eux.
Et ce n'est pas agréable quand on mange

Pros:

La réception est au dessus de tout éloge. Ayant séjourné à Genève dans le contexte du G7, beaucoup des postes frontières entre la Suisse et la France étant fermés, elle nous a aidés à aller de l'hôtel à Ferney-Voltaire (pourtant juste à côté), en imprimant pour nous un plan.

Personnel à l'accueil froid

Le personnel pour le ménage très compétent et très sympa

A l'accueil, à notre arrivée, le personnel froid et qui renseigne peu sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, le wifi, la restauration, la salle de sport....
Nous avions ajouté une nuit pour prolonger le séjour et l'hôtel n'avait pas pris en compte la demande alors qu'elle avait été validée la semaine d'avant.. on nous a appelé au téléphone pour nous dire de partir. Le personnel s'en est quand même rendu compte et nous avons pu garder la chambre.
