Good hotel in great location for Fort Worth's cultural district
Pros:

Great breakfast and very outgoing/helpful/kind staff.

Would not recommend this location
Pros:

The water was nice a hot.
The guest check-in and check-out process was easy.
Breakfast was better than expected.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and no back support. We could hear every footstep of the guests above us, sounded like a heard of elephants walking across the floor.
The shower was not easy to turn on.
The room seemed musty.
The train was VERY loud when it went down the tracks.

Pros:

I love breakfast. Everything was clean, organized and refill immediately after each food is empty. The lady giving the breakfast service was so nice and amazing service. Loved it. Also, the lady at the reception looked bloody, light eyes was so nice too. She is always smile to me and my daughter and helped us every time I request a favor. Thank you so much for everything

Confortable y muy tranquila.
Pros:

El desayuno bien como siempre, ya son 4 años consecutivos que me hospedo con ustedes, voy a Fort Worth por las competencias de karate.
La Atención siempre es muy buena y el hotel es muy tranquilo.
Me siento cómoda hospedándome con ustedes.

Clean Room
Pros:

Hotel was ok for 3 nights. If you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. Right beside train tracks & a busy and very loud sports bar. You could hear alot of noise from the rooms next door and above you. TV noise and just walking around. It was fine for us. They do breakfast but we didn't partake, same with indoor pool. Room was clean & thats all we needed.

We will return to the Fairfield on I30 west, better prices and easier in & out.
Pros:

Convient to the Botanical Garden

Trying other hotels in the area.
Pros:

Easy to get to TCU

Cons:

Broken window and strange smell from the air unit. The Breakfast-same daily choices and very few. On Monday morning breakfast 6-9, we ate at 8:15. No waffle batter, 2 sausage, small amount of eggs, no milk and no oatmeal. There were many people wanting to eat. Every day no fruit, no yogurt, no pastries.

It was a disappointment.
