Me estafaron, pague el servicio y cuando llegue al hotel no tenia la recervacion termine hospedandome en otro hotel y los de atemcion a cliente no me ayudaron en nada, un robo completamente

Es fraude, en recepción tienen un cartel que no tienen convenio con Booking ni nada que ver con hotel OYO ni página en línea, ¿cómo verifican ustedes que el anuncio es real? ¿Quien pagará mi hospedaje?, Booking no verifica la veracidad de anuncio, aclaro sí existe el hotel pero no hay acuerdo

No recomiendo el lugar si llevan auto

Reservamos con anticipación, la publicación decía que contaban con estacionamiento, sin embargo. Llegando al hotel a hacer el check in, nos dijo la encargaba que todos los espacios de estacionamiento estaban llenos, que se podía quedar nuestra camioneta afuera, lo cual era imposible, porque cerca de ahí esta un hospital y todos los espacios en la "calle" estaban llenos. Por seguridad nuestra y de la camioneta, desistimos de quedarnos ahí y sin embargo al querer cancelar la habitación, nos dijeron que ellos no podían hacerlo, tenía que hacer la cancelación desde la aplicación y aun así me hicieron el cobro de la habitación. No recomiendo el lugar si llevan auto
