no tiene calefacción (por la noche hace frío), el agua de la ducha no sale caliente , utensilios de cocina escasos y personal poco atento, ( pedimos mantas y nunca las trajeron )

We stayed for 16 days and it was very nice the cleaners were lovely and same goes with the front staff. When I come back

Cons:

The curtains it seems like suppose it has black out curtains but not true ... the light of the sun enter all the rooms it is not blackout curtains so I cannot rest good and the rooms has not window to ventilation like window the rooms is very unhealthy..... and the water when you douche has not that power that you can douche good ... the power of the water is very poor .....I wish they can change that stuff ... and when I applied for a fan ventilation it was an problem for them we made a huge problem about that because the staff didn't wanted to give us first 2 fan for both room ...we had to make a big problem and the 3third day they give us the 2 fan because the rooms hasn't a ventilation it was a bad experience about that

La habitación. Amplia y cómoda. Tiene cocina equipada.

Cons:

La atención. TODOS atienden de mala gana. El personal de la cocina atiende cómo si fuera regalado. Muy poco personal, la misma de recepción estaba alistando habitaciones y no abrían el parqueadero, 20 minutos esperando.
