I stayed at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay for 3 nights. I read some options from previous reviewers and said it was not convenient because there was no train stations near by. Actually, you can walk around this quiet area to explore, then walk to the train station if you want to exercise. If not, hotel has a complimentary bus to take you to the train station. There is a limousine bus stop for 6$/person from hotel to airport or airport to hotel. Overall, I like this place. I will stay again next time if I go to Japan.

The staff, the room and the services

It had large rooms and coin laundry with dryer on every floor. The dryer wasn’t great though and you had to put clothes for at least three cycles of 20 minutes each and they still were a bit damp when they came out. Shuttle bus service straight to the parks was perfect.
The staff doesn’t speak english properly - and they were not that customer friendly at the reception. Professional yes. But I can tell the difference between being customer friendly and just “doing the job”. Also the hotel is really far compared to other hotels

We came here for Disneysea and Disneyland and could not have been happier. They had shuttles running to and from the Disney parks, as well as the nearby train station. For someone who really likes to go to the parks early - the first shuttle leaves at 6:50am which I really appreciated! The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious with nice amenities - and with kid packs for the children. We are at the onsite restaurant one night and were very happy with the quality. There is also a conveniently located Lawsons across the street to pick up any food and other items if needed - like we did for breakfast prior to hitting the parks. The airport limo bus also stops at this hotel which was super convenient for our trip home! (Has routes to both Narita and Haneda). The Japanese hospitality combined with the Hyatt brand make this hotel excellent
The hotel is modern with comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks and nearby station was also very convenient.
However, housekeeping is an area that requires improvement. While the room was generally clean, the service was inconsistent and lacked attention to detail on some days. It kinda of fell short of the standard we expected from a Hyatt property.
With more consistent housekeeping standards, this hotel would be a much stronger choice for families visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort area.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.
The hotel is great to stay as the room is big and clean. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the JR station.However the pillows were too soft and no support.You should consider providing more firm pillows.
Quality hotel that was nice to unwind in after a long day at Tokyo Disney. My only hesitation for booking this hotel again would be it's location from Disney is a bit far, so it can take an hour to get to/from which can be a draw back if you can't get up early enough and want to get into the lines for entry before 9. The shuttle back is also spaced out by at least 30 mins, so if you miss one, you'll have a pretty long wait until the next comes around.
