The hotel is modern with comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks and nearby station was also very convenient.
However, housekeeping is an area that requires improvement. While the room was generally clean, the service was inconsistent and lacked attention to detail on some days. It kinda of fell short of the standard we expected from a Hyatt property.
With more consistent housekeeping standards, this hotel would be a much stronger choice for families visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort area.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.
The hotel is great to stay as the room is big and clean. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the JR station.However the pillows were too soft and no support.You should consider providing more firm pillows.
Quality hotel that was nice to unwind in after a long day at Tokyo Disney. My only hesitation for booking this hotel again would be it's location from Disney is a bit far, so it can take an hour to get to/from which can be a draw back if you can't get up early enough and want to get into the lines for entry before 9. The shuttle back is also spaced out by at least 30 mins, so if you miss one, you'll have a pretty long wait until the next comes around.

Great place, great location for Disney amusement parks, but away from several amenities.
If you don't venture out then you are stuck eating at the hotel with their prices.
The I’m downside to this hotel is that it is far removed from most of the other things we liked about Tokyo. There are few walkable shops/restaurants and they all close relatively early. Otherwise we were immensely surprised with the provided amenities and the size of the room. We were a group of three (mom, 16 year old boy and 12 year old girl). We all slept in our own spaces comfortably with the available couch. The breakfast buffet and, later, the dinner restaurant in the same location far exceeded our standards. Definitely worth the upgrade to have it included and I’m a bit sad I didn’t upgrade to club level with that in mind. They do have a free one way shuttle into Tokyo but you can’t have luggage, so if you’re staying at the hotel you could still go out and explore greater Tokyo.

The additional transportation that was available was extremely helpful! I was so please that there was a bus to the near by JR line and the Disney parks at no additional cost. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bus to the airport for a reasonable fee.
The hotel is off city center but convenient location as it’s 10 minutes bus ride to the train station and one station from Disneyland resort. The room was big for family of 4 and the rate is fair.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. There was a free shuttle to Disney and the station.
