A major step down from other Hyatt Regency properties.
Pros:

Convenient location for access to Tokyo DisneySea and for transport to HND airport

Cons:

Staff were unfocused and generally unhelpful, with a drawn-out and frustrating check-in process.

Issues with the quality of our room & amenities were not taken seriously.

Pros:

The young lady that works there helped me translate a Japanese internet site. She was very helpful! She went above and beyond. I apologize for not remembering her name.

Pros:

Shuttle bus to railway station, disneyland
Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Front desk staff lacked enthusiam and slow to provide support to arrivals.
The hotel room smelt of stale cigarettes, despite being a non smoking room.
I wasnt able to order a glass of wine with my room service meal. I was required to purchase an entire bottle which was supurfluous to my needs.
