Excellent trip, great staff and very friendly.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great selection at breakfast and we also really enjoyed the Club Lounge perks too.

素泊まりにはちょうどよく綺麗
Pros:

ディズニーランド、シーへのシャトルバスがある点や、お部屋が綺麗で過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

近隣に歩いていける飲食店やコンビニがなかった事。ホテル内のお店が高い点。

Pros:

Great location for Disney. The shuttle bus service was excellent. The staff are so kind and friendly. The room we had was beautiful with excellent facilities.

Cons:

The only snag we had was having dinner on our arrival. My husbands dinner came out a long time before mine and when we asked where my meal was we were told it would be another 3 mins. My husband had nearly finished his before mine arrived. The lady in charge did not seem to see this as a problem, so maybe its not in Japans culture to eat together???

Wunderschönes familienfreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sensationell. Der Blick vom Zimmer aufs Meer. Großzügige Zimmergröße. Eiswürfelmaker/Getränkeautomat im gleichen Stock. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Spielplatz direkt gegenüber. Zum Joggen und Spazieren auch sehr schöne Gegend!

Cons:

Mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe zu Fuß wären toll (es gibt einen Convinience Store im Nachbarhotel), ein Supermarkt oder Drug Store zusätzlich wären ein Traum :-)

Great base to stay for disney plans
Pros:

Good breakfast, good sized beds, comfy rooms and ac.

Cons:

Less convenient location but it was perfect for our disney experience.

Overall, my family loved the friendly and helpful staff that made our stay memorable. Arigato!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent, our family enjoy the food and the service. The room is clean and our seven year old daughter felt so special everytime she'll come back to the hotel and find another goody bag for her. Thank you!

Cons:

In the middle of having my breakfast, I had a tummy ache that I never had in my life. Severe stomachache, felt nauseous, hands starting to sweat, face turned white, body felt weak and almost fainted. I really enjoyed the food and how scrumptious they are specially the salmon. I think its because of my jet-lagged, exhaustion or not used to eating such heavy, fatty protein—especially it's my very first day abroad—it easily trigger my indigestion, acid reflux, or light nausea.

I also used the washing machines for my soiled clothes, the washer works perfectly however, I have to dry my clothes twice to fully dry.

员工处理事情的态度很一般，拖拖拉拉，明显能处理的不给处理，大半夜耗着宾客，等我们自己处理问题，一点没有星级酒店的标准

Cons:

酒店前台拖拉不给处理问题，语言沟通不流畅，让别国过来语言不通的旅客，办理入住到半夜12点，办了一个半小时，当时我们还带着小孩一起入住，价格差价与平台相差悬殊

スタッフの方のホスピタリティ。アップグレード嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

客室のテレビがスマートテレビだったら、さらに良かったです。アップグレードして頂いたのもあり、当然あるものだろうと思ってしまったのです…。ですが、室内の充電にCタイプ対応と、ベッドにUSB対応があり、便利で助かりました。
