Lovely neighborhood where you could experience local slow living.
Pros:

The free shuttle service to Disneyland, the kindness of the staff, almost everyone speaks and understanding English and the neighborhood are the top four things we like about this hotel. Walking distance to ocean side walk, parks, shopping centers and markets. We wish to visit again next year.

Cons:

The breakfast and food in general a bit expensive if you calculate the prices in Japan for food. We ate once at the hotel breakfast, later found really nice local affordable cafes around the hotel. There are also picnic areas, a mall and several grocery markets if you wish have a picnic with a view.

幸せホルモンドュピン！
Pros:

今回ナイトディズニーが目的でホテルの無料バスが付いてるため宿泊させてもらいましたが、なによりお手頃価格なのにも関わらずお部屋のクオリティはとても高く、お風呂とお手洗いが別なところと、なによりベッドの寝心地の良さ、朝の目覚めの良さにとても感動しています。
まさにベイマックスに包み込まれているそんな感覚です。
そして、朝食ビュッフェはとてもクオリティが高く、種類が豊富でつい楽しみすぎてしまい１時間以上の滞在をさせていただきました。
スタッフさんの対応や、部屋のキーが私の力加減不足のせいで開かなかったことにも関わらず親切に対応してくださりました。
本当に素晴らしく、満足いくホテルでまたあのベッドに心地よく包まれに行きたいと思ってます。
アイロンはないので女性の方は持っていかれるのがいいと思います。
次回は是非またこのベッドで寝る為と、ラウンジを利用させていただきたいと思っております。
とってもハッピーライフ！幸せをありがとうございますっ。

Highly recommend as a great place to stay.
Pros:

Exceptionally comfortable clean and well maintained hotel. Shuttle bus makes getting to local station easy and reliable. Close to Disney and plenty of food outlets nearby.

Cons:

Night staff did not answer phone regarding a noise complaint after hours.

Pros:

Situé à 1h des différents points touristique de Tokyo l hôtel offre une navette gratuite jusqu’à a la gare de Shin Uryasu. La chambre était très spacieuses pour une famille de 4 dont un bébé. Propreté au top.

Convenient, friendly staff, great for a stay if visiting Disneyland
Pros:

This is the 2nd year we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Being able to have a shuttle to the Disneyland, DisneySea and train station makes it very convenient. They even have several one-ways to Tokyo. It would be nice if they added returns back to the hotel even if it is a couple times of day. We had access to the club lounge and enjoyed the breakfast, snacks and dinner there. Wish there were more snack options and dinner options. All staff were very friendly and courteous. We love the location since there are several malls in walking distance. There was also a Lawsons at the hotel next door. Also have washer and dryer on each floor.

A memorable experience
Pros:

Great place! We were only there for a couple of days but will definitely go back if ever return. Free transportation to Disney was nice. Breakfast was amazing.
