Pros:

Emplacement dans la vielle ville, pratique pour les déplacements
Immeuble avec de beaux materiaux

Cons:

Aucune insonorisation dans les chambres, on peut entendre le voisin du 2ème etage faire ses besoins en residant au premier etage
Menage mal fait (sol non nettoyé à notre arrivée, bouteille d'eau des anciens locataires sous le canapé)
Literie de très mauvaise qualité

Great position, lovely room
Pros:

Position was fantastic, host was responsive and very helpful & friendly, very clean and because it has shutters the outside town ‘ noise’ didn’t bother us. Very nice and roomy inside

Cons:

The noise of someone walking on the floorboards upstairs. Luckily they appeared to move out the night we stayed ! This wouldn’t stop me staying again… I’d ask for the top floor

Overall, good value and very convenient to stay in city centre of Chania
Pros:

Close to the main attraction of the town port but yet was very quiet and nice. Very clean and the location was excellent. Easy to check in and out good communication with the management.

Cons:

Full size Sofa bed in living room could be little bigger for 2 people but it was not a deal breaker

Recomendable pero necesita algún retoque
Pros:

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Debido a la ubicación de nuestra habitación, apenas pudimos dormir porque durante toda la noche hubo huespedes desplazándose por el hotel y las escaleras eran muy molestas y ruidosas. Se debería de poner algo en las escaleras para que disminuya el ruido que producen.

Cosy and airy space in the middle of Chania
Pros:

The location was right where the shops and restaurants were; the area was vibrant but not too busy. The room was spacious, airy and very clean.

Cons:

The bed was a little on the hard side. My sister and I were staying in 101 and being 2 girls in a foreign country, the creaky noises from upstairs worried us. It sounded like someone was trying to get into our room and so it caught us off guard from time to time.

Trotz der kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, toll ausgestattete Zimmer. Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal, das schnell auf alle Anliegen reagiert. Tolle Lage, alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider sehr hellhörig innerhalb des Gebäudes - man hört die Schritte von oben so laut, als würden sie durch das eigene Zimmer laufen. Die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer war sehr schmal und hart - die Kinder konnten darauf schlafen, aber richtig bequem war es nicht.
